From planning through construction to finishing, this company has excellent staff and sub-contractors; electricians, bricklayers, excavation, structural installers, etc. The quality of the finished room is excellent. It was installed over one year ago and with NO follow-up required. We wonder why we didn't have this room installed earlier - it's a fabulous livingspace

Approximate cost of services:: $90,000.00
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?: Plan review and approval plus site inspections can delay or hold up process. There are no milestones or transparency in the city's process.

4 Seasons provided personal service with attention to details...however, the price was somewhat out of this world! it worked out to be about $750 per SQ feet!!!The sales person was very nice and helpful and the glass technology is the best in the market - but I'm not sure the above price could justify the bottom line.
