My husband and I are very happy with the the built in that Royal Custom Cabinets did for us. With Serge’s help, we designed a wonderful bulit-in for our dinner room, it turned out extactly as we visioned it would. Everytime our friends and family come over our house they always comment on how amazing it looks. Serge and his team also did a wonderful job on our first with our custom closets. Sergio and Veronica at Royal Cabinets are wonderful to work with. Veronica came in, measured the space, and made several recommendations for an efficient layout. Once we decided on the best option she designed the space for us and patiently obliged us several times as we amended the original design. The craftsmanship, quality and installation of the cabinets is impeccable. Sergio oversaw the entire project and is a stickler for perfection. We recently had a new laundry and mud room installed in our home and the entire process was extremely stress free. RCC have worked on almost every room in our Condo, built-in floor to ceiling units in the Dining, Living, Den and Laundry Rooms. The recommended designs have made our space appear larger, we have much more storage space and the Units look amazing. The design of the three closets is functional, with much more storage space and look great. We have been very happy with the quality workmanship and excellent service. It was a real pleasure working with Royal Custom Cabinets and Closets right from the start. The initial meeting to discuss what I wanted and what was available was full of great suggestions from the rep. Am I glad I listened to her, because what she promised and what was delivered and installed more than met my expectations. The installation went well, however the doors on the end pieces were wrong. Change, no problem, done in no time. The installation crew and the follow-up were professional and the unit is just what I wanted . It is the centre piece of my apartment. After seeing the beautiful kitchen that Royal Custom Cabinets built for our son, we decided to hire them to build ours too. The tradespeople showed up on time, the installation was completed on a timely basis. Dany, was exceptional and quick to correct any issues that had come up. Furthermore, once all was completed, Sergio, the owner of Royal Custom, personally came to inspect and make sure that all small issues were resolved to our satisfaction. The custom cabinetry is high-quality and we have received many compliments for the look, high quality and functionality of the cabinets. We are pleased with the result and we would definitely choose them again for any further work to our house.
