Contracted this company to drywall an attached garage to my home, a simple job I thought. The unqualified workers they sent to my home made a mess of the job including leaving large open holes around electrical switches and lighting fixtures, broken drywall corners, drywall joints that don't match up, drywall mud spilt over the floor, the garage door opener, and garage door etc. They then had the gall to say the job was done and left. This was 6 months ago. After initially complaining of the poor workmanship and refusing to pay them they agreed to start over with qualified drywallers, I lost the use of my garage over the winter months waiting for them to re-drywall which they didn't do as they kept stating it was too "cold" for them. Now they state they will only try to patch it up. As a senior and military veteran I am now warning anyone about this company and seeking legal advice. Please do not hire this company, they are sending unqualified workers to do work they have no business doing.

Darren showed up on time and had our issue with a leaking pipe to our outside water faucet fixed in about 45 minutes. We had Darren here once before and he is friendly and efficient. The cost was a bit more than expected but we would recommend Handyman for sure as we have used their services about half a dozen times in the last few years. Lorne and Pat.

Very poor communication. They came to my rental unit with an hour notice. Never gave me a writttnen estimate. Overpriced. The handyman who didn't complete the work wouldn't return unless I paid more. The second job I requested an electrician to look at lights that were flickering. He said "change the bulbs". He didn't look at any wiring or the breaker panel. Had to find another company to come in and actually check the connections and do the proper repairs. I will NEVER use this business for anything.

We are very pleased with Handyman Connection. First, Carol on the phone was really helpful and on top of all communication. She explained everything well and answered my questions. Super! Then, Darren came--so polite, cheerful and happy to explain everything he would do. He is obviously really experienced and knowledgeable. He scoped out our repair needs, got right to work and did an excellent job. And he cleaned every area he worked in. We would gladly recommend Handyman Connection to anyone in need of a handyman. Thanks very much.

Used them recently for drywall repairs after windows/doors installation. Easy to book and John did a great job on the repairs. Definitely recommend this service and will use them again.

During the summer 2022, I zoned in on several outstanding repair jobs - deck replace boards, fix pocket door, fix shower temperature adjustments, replace toilet. I also had many questions on how to maintain the plumbing in my house, painting the deck concerns, etc. There were three different specialists who came to complete the repairs. Each one was polite and professional. The repairs were exactly what I wanted and haven't given me any trouble since. Overall, it was a pleasant experience communicating with the specialists and the office personnel.

They first came and gave us a price for the job ,then they set a date to come put the Murphy Bed together it was solid wood and not hooked to the wall . It took them 2 and a half hours as it was a big project.Did a Excellent job and would hire the company any time and tell my friends and family to definitely use that company for what ever they have to get done! Thank you for your excellant job that you did for us.

This is the third time I have hired Artiste. I keep going back to them because of their honesty, work ethic and quality of work. Regardless of the size of the project, it is taken seriously and they see it through to the end. Absolutely reliable. I recommend them highly.
