We purchased a memory foam matress which cost over $1000 in the 12 months we have had it it has sunk badly in the centre. Sears sent out a 'Bed Tester' who themselves said that the matress should be replaced as was defective, but on submittal of their report to Sears decided that as the central sagging when unoccupied was slightly less than 2" they would not replace it. Disgusted

they cleaned the carpets thuroughly and they had excellent customer service and appropiate pricing i believe...the only thing i would say si that when they were completed their service the carpets were not dry

Went to sears looking for a good quality leather couch and chair. Service at sears was exceptional. No hard sales pitch. Pointed out the features and quality construction. Great price included exstended warranty. Delivery was prompt and highly professional.

This oven cooks a 12" pizza on the supplied 16" dia. stoneware platter to perfection in 20 minutes. The micro/convection combo function reduces the time to cook a potato by a half. The push button controls on the stainless model should be easier to read. Using a pyrex bowl with lid I cooked a pork loin roast very quickly. As a countertop oven, it's one of the most expensive on the market, but worth it in the long run. It replaced a GE model made in Korea at less than half the price but did not function after 2 months. That model from GE was purchased from SEARS as well. SEARS offered to replace the GE or apply a credit towards another model. I applied the credit towards the purchase of the Panasonic.

I purchased my very first Dyson vacuum cleaner earlier this year and i am satisfied that htis project has met and surpassed my expectations. Although the vacuum cleaner itself is qutie bulky and heavy, it definitely gets the job done. For anyone that's have a hard time cleaning up carpets, Dyson is the way to go
