In 2009 we purchased windows through a company that buys their windows from Sunrise Windows. While we were pleased with the product, we were not happy with that company or their service. We therefore purchased the remaining windows we required directly from Sunrise Windows the following year. The installation crew was polite, efficient, and kept our house clean. To date, we are still pleased with this purchase. The windows are easy to operate and incredibly easy to clean. We are pleased with the product and the company, and we would recommend Sunrise Windows highly.

Ordered on May 31 2011, got install Sept 28,2011. Warranty starts the day you order even if no installers to install. Door is broke and won't fix . Service sucks, Customer service sucks. Stay away. Windows OK

This claim has nothing to do with Sunrise Windows warranty or customer service............the contract was signed for window and door replacement on May 30.2011 on this customers rental property,when the installation was completed, a Installation Completion Sheet was signed off...........rated by the customer,4 stars out of 5,all services very good and completed...........The customer requested a service call on Sept 26,2012 for warranty work with pictures attached showing the door badly damaged on her rental property door that we installed last year.............Sunrise Windows upon viewing the pictures declined her service/warranty request due to Sunrise Windows does not warranty,nor would any other window and door company in North America..........for damage due to negligence by her renter or any other person...........the customer also put in a BBB complaint that was declined and closed by BBB due to the request for warranty of the door due to damage was unreasonable and not applicable to any warranty standard.

Got all new windows and doors from here. Ray was awesome in assisting us with all our questions and needs and also very friendly. We are actually gonna be getting new windows for our garage also next month. The install guys were also very friendly and did an awesome job. Keep up the good work!!!

Hired the company based on their promise of best price and strong customer service. The windows were a week late. During install, the workers damaged my walls and while putting on the trim in my 5 year olds room, put a nail through the window casing and left it. After they left, we did a full inspection and noticed the problems listed as well as scratched paint and screens that didnt fit. We called them back and after waiting a week, they finally fixed these problems, although the new screens STILL dont fit and they refused to fix the damaged walls. A week later my trim started to brown and rot. There was water coming in through the window. I called to let them know and they said it was an old roof leak and their windows and install were fine (we had lived in the house for two years and it never leaked). After weeks of arguing, they sent a guy to re caulk the outside. Didnt help! A YEAR later and only because their new waranty agent had previously worked with my wife, they came and fixed the problem.

In Response to your complaint,as we have everything documented in writing,your windows were installed a week longer then was orginally estimated....as all installation dates of completion are estimated dates, as yours was in the winter so your install was delayed do to weather and availabilty........your install was completed on Dec 9/2010 and when it was completed and you signed your completion sign-off sheet you had rated all services/windows 5 stars(excellent) with no mention of damaged walls or screens that don't fit, in fact in any your correspondence or service requests to date.......furthermore the screens are friction fitted and if they were not correct then they would not go in or stay in the casement windows.....the only service requests from you to date and in writing,as this is required for Sunrise Windows and your records.......was for the nail through the casing/jamb from the casing being pinned on and missed by the installer during the orginal install,which was corrected when notified by you within a week........you also put in another service call dated Jan 20/2011 of a window leak in the Living Room window,upon inspection there was no sign of leaking and the insulation was dry, only the bottom casing was wet on the exterior of the casing leading us to believe it was excessive moisture in the home causing condensation,which is NOT a warranted service call or a window problem.......on May 14/2012 a repeated service request was put in by you to recheck if window is still leaking or not and to replace the stained casing.......which was not rotted just stained by water as the casings where not painted or not painted correctly.......your window was checked all insulation material was dry even the casing,so the installer re-foamed the window anyways and put new casings on......in conclusion,no leak was ever found/determined upon Sunrise Windows 2 inspections,therefore it is concluded by Sunrise Windows that the leak was condensation from excessive moisture and therefore the stained casing and the inspections were chargable but waived by the General Manager as your wfe was a friend of a employee of Sunrise Windows.

Hello I would like to thank Sunrise Windows & Doors for a job well done. We purchased 7 triple pane widows & 1 garden door from Ray Proskow,the Sunrise sales person. Ray did a great job of explaining the benefits of the Sunrise products. The windows and doors were installed by Sunrises installation crew. The installers did a very good , and only took 1 day to complete. Now that the windows & door are installed, we are very impressed with the quality & function of the windows,& door. Yes, we will be recommending Sunrise to other people and we will be using Sunrise again with our near future renos. Thank you Fr: Thomas & Debbie

Two years ago we decided to change the living room window and patio door in our older home. With addresses in hand we set out to research window companies. Our first stop was Sunrise windows. We walked in and were met by a staff member who asked what we were looking for, showed us their display products, and because it was lunch time in the workshop we were whisked in to view the construction first hand of their windows and doors. Returning to the show floor we were introduced to Ray Proskow who asked the right questions of what our concerns were with the windows we have, what we wanted, and guided us in making our selection. It was always a guidance and never pushing us to take a higher priced option. We made an appointment for him to come to our home and look at the windows and further discuss the options. We walked out and went home feeling the service we received could not be topped by a competitor. After we made our selection, Ray measured the windows and as we were informed, a second employee came and took the measurements again to make sure they were accurate allowing for no mistakes. The day came in May when the windows arrived. We watched the workers struggle with the heavy windows but they never showed any negativity as they were chatty and joking. They were very professional and respectful at all times. The work was done quickly as efficiency would allow. Cleanliness was always their concern, and they explained and answered questions as they went. After it was all done & cleaned up the furnace kicked in warming the house. I walked from room to room admiring the new windows and noticed something, the temperature in ever room felt the same, there were no more cool and warm areas in the house. The first winter with the windows was the test, and they passed with flying colors. No more sitting in the living room with a blanket over my knees to keep them warm and no having to put plastic over the patio door to keep the cold out.The house was a beautiful even warmth throughout, and guess what? the gas bill went down. We have recontacted Ray for doors and another window and received the same speedy, courteous and knowledgeable attention as the first contact. We also learned that Ray has moved to the Leduc area were we live, and we encourage anyone thinking of buying windows or doors to contact him. We are sure you will be pleased with the results.

I was looking for a company to purchase and install some new doors in my home. After doing some research, a friend of mine spoke very highly of SUNRISE WINDOWS AND DOOR DEPOT. I decided to give them a shot...man am I ever glad I did. The doors look great and you can really feel the quality. The installation was done in a very professional manner (organized and timely) and the salesman (Ray Proskow) was excellent to deal with. There prices are very reasonable. Once the job was complete is when it hit me how great a deal I really got. The quality and workmanship far exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is serious about having any doors and/or windows installed in there home. You can really trust these guys to get it right the first time!

The installers were friendly, courteous and on time. They took care in using drop sheets and cleaning up at the end, vacuum and all. The job was professionally handled from start to finish. Their quality of workmanship was excellent, a job well done.
