To add anoather unsatisfied customer. Order number is 93564653 placed on May 31, 2012 for air-duct cleaning for 10 vents. It never happened up to this date. No response to multiple calls. Would yo call it an honest business. From the comments listed i gather many customers met the same luck as myself. Was that a method how to betray potential honest customers. Very poor business method. Shame on you!

i'm not an owner..I'm a tenant so I didn't pay for this service they came today for duct cleaning...excellent service...very professional....very clean....so honest and finish their work fast I will recommend this company to my freinds

A $55.00 groupon ended up with an extra $10.00 per vent charge plus tax on the groupon and the 8 extra vents after the job was done . Very unproffesional left mess behind and furniture not put back the holes in the ducts not sealed properly

I bought a Groupon for duct cleaning service from Ambridge New Duct CLeaning on August 1, 2012. I have not been able to reach anyone, just the voicemail, and I can't leave a message because it is full. Either they are really busy, or gone out of business. I hope to get a refund from Groupon, next time I will research the company before I buy a bogus groupon.

Their voice mail states they will call you back within one business day to book your appointment. Good luck with that!!! The maibox nowl is always full. It has been 8 weeks. Other reviews do not look good. I am trying to get my money back because I can not seem to get the company to call me back. I am even having a problem with Deal Find in trying to get my money put back on my credit card. .

While my ducts may be clean(er), they made the inerior of my house dirty, with hair/dust/dirt all over the place. In my bedroom there were large hairballs on the floor, and dirt on the windowsill, and curtains. This is not to mention the fine layer of dust that was blown all over the house. It seems while they were blowing air down one vent, it was blowing dust and dirt up out of the other vents, all over the room. DIsgusting! When I pointed this out to the worker, I was told it was because my house/vents were very dirty. Well, it they were already clean I wouldn't need to get them cleaned, now would I ?! Also, while cleaning in the bedroom, one of the men crawled on my bed, with his coverall on. Very unprofessional. Disappointed with my experience.

the 2 gentleman that came to the house were very good and nice very thorough at what they did and very nice recomend to anyone very good at the job they did
