Aero Roofing

I would have written this sooner if I knew Aero was on Homestars! Manuel and his company were referred to us in 2010 by friends who had used his services twice on the same home - 25 years apart! He gave us a very competitive quote for a challenging roofing job (high elevation, steep pitches, mixed flat and shingled roof) and pulled off 3 layers of existing shingles (including the original 100+ year-old cedar) and replaced rotted wood all along one edge where our neighbors eaves touches ours and lots of leaves collect and rot. The whole job was done in about 3 days and they cleaned up every little scrap of debris from the job from the front-, back-, and side-yards. In addition to the much better quote (he beat Alpine and one other by a healthy margin) it's clear that no corners were cut, the workmanship is excellent, and no unnecessary work was tacked on. I have since recommended Aero to friends and all have been happy!

They did a great job. Explained everything they were going to do and were very timely. They even got me up to the roof to check things out. I would highly recommend this company.

Manuel was referred to me by my real estate agent. He has replaced my roof in two stages (first flat roofs then shingles) and the work has been excellent. Manuel is an great consultant and provides the right input based on your prescise needs. On his latest job he and his team needed four extra hours to finish the job (there were 6 layers of old shingle to remove!) in extreme heat - and the result was fantastic.

Manuel is one of those contractors who isn't the cheapest but does the job right the first time. He's also clean! Neighbouring roof jobs have been so messy with debris all over the neighbourhood but Aero left without a footprint.

Definitely recommend to anyone. Don't bother with those big names who sub everything out and never give you a call back - Aero combines personal service with first class work and excellent value.
