I definitely agree with the reviews above: one of the worst company I've ever dealt with (if not the worse).They never return calls, messages and ignore you. No integrity at all. We have been dealing with them since April 17th and our pool is still not fixed.... I have tons of friends with pools in that area… And I will totally inform them about this company. If they are dealing with them now, I will make sure that they don't in the future.

We just moved to a new home with an existing pool and I didn't have the faintest idea on how to operate it. Dennis came over on a couple occasions and got my pool running and patiently explained how to take care of it. The entire staff at Dolphin pools is fantastic and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company to service/maintain their pool!

The staff at Dolphin are awesome - they always help answer whatever question I have about my pool. Had a new liner and equipment installed this spring and the service was performed as promised and extremely quick. I would highly recommend this company.

They never return calls, messages, they just take your money and then escape from you, hide, and ignore you. They are chaeters and leirs. They took my money and did nothing. It took me about a month to reach them and ask where is the technician they promised me, and where is the services they promised me and took my money for, then a technician eventually came, did pretty much nothing, and disappeared. And it took me about anotoher 2 month of every day attempts to reach them and ask for money return. They promised to send the money to me, but it's been 2 months now since then, no money, and I still can't reach them. Yes, I agree with the guy above, just stay away from that company, they are chaeters and leirs !

We talked to many pool builders in Newmarket but after meeting with Dennis from Dolphin we knew he would build us a great pool and he did. The date was set and even though rain caused a bit of a delay we were swimming by early June like he promised. Now we deal with the store staff for water testing etc and have only had very personal and professional service. If you need a pool - call Dolphin

Purchased a spa in July 2008. 2 months later had problems with Magnetic switches (stopped working). Called Dolphine and they said they would fix it. It is now a year and a half later and after at least 50 calls to the dealer and the manufacturer who continually say they will fix it, nothing has been done. They won't return the calls and keep putting me off. The skirt lighting does not work now and some jets stop working when it gets very cold. The after sales service from Dolphine is the worst I have ever encountered. I would advise anyone who is considering buying anything from them to run away as fast as you can.

From start to finish two days. Excellent workers and a job well done. Clean and effecient work done in only 2 days. Would strongly recommend this company located in Newmarket, Ontario

We called on Wednesday they came on Thursday and we were up and running. Very professional workers. We called serveral other pool places and everyone said they would have someone out in a couple of days but could not give a definate date. What a surprise when we called Dolphin in Newmarket and they said they would have someone out the next morning. Next morning they came and completed the job. Now that is Service.
