In Dec 2012 we had the compressor and condensation pan on our fridge fail. It took until Jan 2013 to get the parts in. When the parts came in the technician was only able to install the compressor but not the condenser. Now two weeks later-water is still leaking from our fridge onto the floor and has not been repaired. Please come and repair it!! I've phoned three times and they keep on saying they haven't found out how to repair it yet. If so why order the part!! Why not ask another repairman?? REview update:eventually Castle did get the right parts and sent 2 repairment to finish the job. Fridge now works great-bu it took over 3 months to get the job properly done.

We were shopping around for a new washer and dryer and castle exceeded our expectations. Not only were they the cheapest for price but they also included an extra year of warranty compared to the competitors. We will be heading here for any of our appliance needs in the future.

When I needed to buy several appliances for the kitchen the store manager was most helpful with his information. He explained the differences between the various models. As he did the cooking, he was able to help from experience with a stove choice.

I was moving out of my house and needed to fix my fridge before I left. The repair person from Castle Appliance was very helpful, but he had to book another service appointment to finish the job. Unfortunately, that appointment was with the new owner, as I had already moved out by then (I arranged for them to send the bill to me). The bill I got was quite shocking, as they went ahead with a new repair and some parts without my knowledge. I called the manager about the invoice, and he was very reasonable - we agreed to share the cost of the repair. In the future though, I will definitely be the one to be there for the repair.

I built a new home and chose to purchase our appliances from Castle rather than one of the big chain stores. Their selection was great, and we happened to hit a sale on Kitchen Aid, so their prices were great. They held onto the appliances for 6 months during the construction, and then delivered them on possession. Delivery was also good. I would recommend Castle appliances to my friends and family.

My husband and I purchased an LG steam dishwasher from Castle Appliances in Calgary, AB. We were told the item would be in stock and to head up and pick up the item, we started heading up to calgary from high river only to receive a phone call half way there to say the item actually wasn't in stock. We then requested that the dishwasher be delivered to High River once it was in stock, a week later we received the Dishwasher only to find that is was damaged on the bottom framing which made it unusable, so we called back and they ordered us another dishwasher, this finally came again a week later and was delivered to us on a saturday at 5pm only to find this dishwasher had exactly the same damage so we send back both dishwashers are we still had the original dishwasher as we where going to send it back the same day. We then left a message with the company as it was obviously closed for the weekend. We heard no response back monday morning so my husband called at lunch time to see what was going to be done. He spoke to Doug the manager and he was completely rude about the situation and not understanding. We requested they order another dishwasher but make sure that this one was not broken before delivery and that we needed it by the weeks end as we had a large amount of guests coming over for a meal on the weekend. He told us the item would be ordered. We hadn't heard anything about the dishwasher arriving on the wednesday so my husband called again to check on the situation but the manager was busy with a customer and had to call back. The manager left a message on my husbands voicemail saying the order had been shipped and they are not expecting it until the following week. My husband then called back again before the 'closing time' and the phones had already been switched to voicemail so he left another message requesting Doug to call back, as he had previously told him we needed the dishwasher by the coming weekend. We then received a call from Doug the following day informing us that the dishwasher wasn't actually even on the order they are expecting the following week so it would be longer!! Needless to say this had been almost a month since originally purchasing the dishwasher and they wanted us to wait 2 weeks maybe even longer!! It was so frustrating. So we decided to purchase of another company who had the item in stock and where extremely helpful and understand of the situation. I would never recommend anyone purchase from this company, and if you do have a fault or issue good luck trying to get it resolved without being treat rudely from management!!

My dishwasher, stove and fridge were not working properly. Castle Appliance was able to come to my home quicker than other companies and they had the best price. I was not charged for my dishwasher as it was a simple fix, the gas oven was repaired and a part ordered for by fridge. On the first visit I paid for the service of the stove only, the following Saturday the parts were brought in for the fridge and I was only charged for the part - not another service call.
