Tub arrived with 2 leaks, defective jet system, and buckling panels with discoloration. Was told its normal but brand new shouldnt have problems already. Reps at J Adams dont seem to care as much about the customers that have valid complaints, just focus on the customers that are so new about their purchases to know better.

We have always owned a hot tub and with covid this year we decided we would upgrade! Well, it was quite a wait and must say, so worth it! We LOVE our new tub and all the services they offer. Thank you so much! We are very pleased and look forward to seeing you guys each month!

Bought a machine from these guys, after two weeks we brought it back and explained how it didn't work. After repeatedly accusing us of using it wrong or looking for any other excuse then to refund the money, they finally did but withheld 20% over 300 dollars even though they will get a full manufacturing discount for a defective machine. We were taken for a ride. Do not make large purchases here.

Our pool was not working needed a new part so Sean came to our house looked at it then came back with the part and fixed it for us all within a week

Had to get one of the toilets fixed only had pictures to use and sorta say whats wong, the guy that was helpping me was really great at figuring out what whas from, showed me how to fix the problem.
