    condo maintenance ripoff - respond

    Ultima condominiums Once Tridel and other typical developer in Toronto area sells their condo units, they leave the 'enemy within' management company behind, which holds monopoly power over the maintenance fees over the unsuspecting new 'owners'. They conduct systemic rip-off through jacking up the prices like 30% after only one year after completion, using already sold condos as their PERPETUAL cash-cow at the expense of poor 'owners', who in fact are renters in their own condo units.

    Tridel was difficult to work with - respond

    Condo - Renting My boyfriend and I were trying to find a condo in August (to move in by Sept 1 at the latest). We were very interested in one which was owned by Tridel. The management at Tridel kept us waiting too long and would not return calls or emails. They were not helpful or informative. This was our first condo, and they made things extremely stressful on us. By the time they finally said they were ready to lease the place to us, it was August 30. Sorry guys. We found another place by that time, unfortunately.
