1- Item collected half an inch of dust and dirt in five months. Upon complaint, the guy at the front desk paid no attention to the issue and gave the option to either leave after full payment or keep the storage in "as it is" condition. 2- Few days later after the complaint, they sent a letter of rent increase. A company great in ripping off customers while operated by rude and bad tempered staff.

DO NOT USE! BEWARE | Sammy - Mississauga ¹ | Mar 21, 2009

Double in price, held furniture hostage in truck until I gave them money, threatend to damage all my furniture if I didn't leave them alone, as they didn't deal with women, our class was below them! Called head office to complain, the man told me where to go and how to get there. Sent letter to Better Business Bureau.
