Our experience with FWF over the past 10-15 (3 houses) has been super. Kim, Jay and their team have provided us with excellent advice and workmanship, from the product selection and information, to demolition, clean up, installation, and follow up service. Our latest project was a kitchen renovation which involved tearing up tiles and carpets, demolishing an island and installing hardwood floors. Thanks to Kim and Jay professional advice our kitchen and great room look fabulous and we could not be more happy with our choices. The ladies at FwF were great - large range of tiles, very helpful in narrowing my preferences and editing the possible choices, great eye for color tones and textures, and endlessly patient when my 'non-shopping' husband would ask about other options and I'd be back to their store for ideas. Prices were competitive, and they had good ideas about how to design the trim patterns.

Working with Floors with Flair was a positive experience all around. They helped us choose a high quality product, and installed the flooring without any hick ups. The only issue was an apparent delay from the manufacturer which set our project back a couple of weeks, but pretty much out of their control. Also, our sales person was a little difficult to reach and get answers about the delays, but overall we were happy with the end result.
