This is my second time buying Maxx shower doors from plumbing and parts and i have been happy both times. Very friendly/knowledgable staff with no pressure to buy. We purchased our doors before our house closed and they kept ours aside till we were ready for them. We were missing one part during the install and they put one aside for me same day to make sure the install was completed. Selection is good and the store layout makes it easy to browse their products.

The service was very good it was done when they said it would be they also cleaned up after them selfs I had people come in a also got them to work

An excellent selection of bathroom fixtures and accessories, al assembled and on display making for easy comparisons, allowing you to decide what you weant or need. Staff there to answer any questions but don't get in your way as you browse. They also follow up on any complaints or concerns you may have.

This is my go to stores for all my plumbing needs the guys there are all so knowledgable on everything we need for all our renos. The Spruce Tree has been dealing with them for years and we enjoy the service and special attention they pay to our clients, if I send a client there, I know David and Gary will treat them well.

We Renovated our ensuite bath with Plumbing And Parts. Right from the moment we walked in to the store, we were greeted by their courtious staff who gave us a tour of the store and the items they sell. They were very patient as we decided on the items we wanted and the items that fit into our space. Our order arrived on time and complete for our install, they were even very kind with some after sales knowledge that we had requested. Will do my next reno with Plumbing And Parts Home Centre!!!

It started out as a small reno project - just new counter and taps but it quickly grew to include upgraded cupboards and backsplash. Terry suggested Moen faucets that were a bit out of our budget but looked really good. The small subway tile on the backsplash was accented with the odd blue and yellow tile. Very smart looking.

Plumbing and Parts staff was helpful and very informative about the brands that they carry. They really put down the brands that you would find at Home Depot that they do carry. Prices were good. After sales service was fair.
