CST installed our new alarm system this week. Their staff where very professional and friendly. They clearly explained all if the options available to me in the event of an alarm and how the service and system worked. I would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone and feel secure knowing my family is in their hands.

CST is simply amazing. Expert installation to suit anyone's need at a good price. We went with a BAT Internet module and the newest touch screen from DSC. Love arming and disarming the system with my phone. Highly recommend CST over others out there. Thx to Dave and Craig. Dan and Tanya

From the time we called for a consultation, to the completion of the alarm system installation, everything was handled in an efficient professional manner. Dave and the team, did not try to over sell us and answered all our questions. The complete installation was done in less time than estimated. Extremely pleased and would definitely recommend their services.

We purchased a 7-year old bungalow several weeks ago and initially went with a wireless system from another company. The decision was mostly based on price. Due to multiple issues with the wireless hardware we had to have the system removed. Based on all of the research we could find CST appeared to be our best alternative and we have certainly not been disappointed. David came over and reviewed our options and provided an estimate. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need but simply offered advice and made suggestions. Within the week the system was installed at the quoted price and has worked flawlessly ever since. This time around we opted for a wired system. The installation was painless and the technicians were professional and courteous. It took several hours to install but it was worth it to have it done right. The price for the wired system was somewhat higher but it works and in this case we believe you get what you pay for. On the flip side the monthly monitoring fees turned out to be less so it will all work out over time. Throughout the process David and his team were fantastic and continue to be so. Shortly after we had the system installed we requested the addition of an e-mail notification option. We dealt with David directly and within short order it was done... great option is you have teens coming and going. We would certainly recommend CST to anyone.

Just bought a new house and needed an alarm system. Tom and Dave were very knowlegeable and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need (which I appreciated). Their Techs were courteous and friendly and did a great job installing (didn't notice any marks on the walls or any damage). They also took the time to fix issues caused by other contractors (I had a phone jack that was never connected correctly that they reconnected for me). All in all, an absolute pleasure hiring this company. I will definitely give them more business in the future.

I made a service call - response was prompt, professional, actual work was not 'intruding', reasonably priced. All activities were well explained, documented. Possible upgrades to the system were presented by a technician in factual manner.

We recently purchased a new home that already had an existing security system in place. We wanted to have someone local because we felt that it was important to have a good reputable company that has been well established in the community to service our alarm system rather than a large, national company. We contacted Canadian Security Team and Debbie was able to answer many of our questions over the phone and scheduled Dave to come out to check out our system. Once Dave came over, he looked at the equipment and suggested various options that we could think about. Throughout the whole process, Dave was able to answer all our questions and provide some insight. On the day the technician was to installed our system, he ran late because of an emergency at another client's, and Debbie called me promptly to let me know of the delay. This was definitely nice to know as most companies don't bother letting you know that they're going to be late. The install was clean and the whole system was explained thoroughly to us. It has definitely been a pleasant experience.

When my car (which was parked in my driveway) was broken into during the night, it left me with a feeling of uneasiness. I contacted the Canadian Security Team and booked someone to come out and review my security requirements. The owner himself, Tom Smetana, came out and walked me through what my options were and I was surprised that he didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff that wasn't really required (I was ready to turn my house into Fort Knox). Tom really impressed me with his knowledge and the time he took explaining every part of the system. He even pointed out things I hadn't even thought of (like the sump pump alarm which saved me from redoing my Basement the following Spring when the pump got clogged). The installation was quick and painless and I really liked that the tech (Andrew) didn't leave any wires dangling all over my house for the new security devices. The cameras installed with the DVR gave me great piece of mind and I can even watch the cameras from my phone! The Canadian Security team were professional, courteous, and didn't sell me stuff I didn't need. I really appreciated their honesty and look forward to them installing the new system in my future house. A++++
