Jesse did an excellent job of making the required connection and also checked the surrounding plumbing to be sure all was okay. If you need some plumbing work done, I highly recommend calling Tiger Plumbing and asking that they send Jesse.

Ongoing clogging issue with the drain from the basement toilet. Jesse and Scott came out and diagnosed and fixed the issue fast and efficiently. Very professional service. Will not hesitate to use Tiger Plumbing in the future

Was so glad we called Tiger Plumbing. Had an issue with a faulty water softener that caused us to lose water pressure. Young man named Saxon was sent out and he was awesome. Diagnosed our problem quickly and took me through what happened and what needed to be done. Used English and lay terms lol. Much appreciated. Fixed our issue, was polite and courteous, and cleaned up after. Second time theyve helped us out and both times thy were amazing.

George is always a great help. Comes at the earliest to help us with all our issues. We have customers of them for a while now and they're always super professional and meticulous :)

They were paid to fix a leaking/running toilet. After two visits, the problem persists. The workers sent to my house were clearly not licensed plumbers.

Had an outside tap replaced & toilet flange that needed repair. Job was done professionally, in excellent time & at a reasonable cost by Nick. Thank you for saving me peace of mind about water leaks.

Nick and Juan were very professional and did an excellent job on installing our toilets and repairing our shower with needed a new valve. They both had masks on the whole time and covered their work boots. For a fee they dispose of the toilets including all packaging! Honest and full of integrity. Nick mentioned I did not need to spend $280.00 + on a whole new shower unit, it would only need the valve replaced. This worked out less than half if you replaced the whole shower unit including a valve. Shower works like new now. Both times they were able to book us in for the next day and were prompt on time.. They do a great job cleaning up after the work is done. Hight recommended for all your plumbing work....

I turned off the water to the house to replace a washer in the tub and when I turned it back on, the valve was leaking heavily. Called Tiger plumbing in the morning and had great service from start to finish. The lady who answered my call made sure I knew I needed the city to come out to turn off my water (she called me back twice) and Kyle was able to come out that day. He was friendly and got the job done in less time than was estimated. The City of Waterloo employee who turned off my water warned that a plumbing company is not supposed to turn on the water because if anything breaks then the homeowner will be the one to foot the bill. So just make sure you do not let them do that. (Even though it may be more of a hassle that way).

The staff and team at Tiger Plumbing have always been great. Anytime we call with issues they are quickly to reply and send someone out. We have used them for over 10 years and always feel supported and heard! Great team at Tiger Plumbing!
