I just wanted to commend Cloud Nine on their delivery team...arrived when they said they would, insisted on removing their shoes, did a beautiful job of putting my daughter's bed together, and even advised me not to use the box spring. (He was right!). They removed all boxes and plastic as well. The bed looks great and my daughter is thrilled.

Just wanted to leave a few words about nine clouds. i had ordered a new custom mattress for my old bed , and i just recieved it today, i am very pleased with the service. It is very hard to find mattress companys that make special size mattresses, i am happy i found Nine Clouds. Ashley and Amir were extremely professional in delviering the mattress and setting it up and for taking my old mattress, Will recommend Nine Clouds to everyone

hello, just bought a kingsize mattress from nine clouds and i am very happy with my delivery. the service at nine clouds was amazing. mik the sales person is a great sales person and was very patient with me. i would also like to thank Ashley and Amir, the delivery team for nine clouds. they were very polite and careful in delivering my bed. the two gentlemen did an amazing job setting up both beds and even went out of their way move a few pieces of furniture for me. great job overall and i am very grateful for the service. will recommend nine clouds most defnitely yo all my family members and friends. thanks
