Granite Transformations

Shower floor squeaks,shower head drips since June 2017....caulking has fallen away in several areas. Company has made failed attempts at any repair or resolution. Sub par work. Owner refuses to take our phone calls. Sloppy job that we will have to have re done. Certainly can not recommend these people. Terrible.

My wife and did a lot of research, met a lot of contractors and settled on doing business with Square One Designs because Tami and Lori were so personable and really cared about our dream vision for our kitchen. The workers that came to our home were the most polite Ive ever dealt with. Always respectful and always cleaned up after themselves. Whats more is these guys do it all, no needs to hire separate trades. Most is handled in house by their team, so convenient.

Never use them. Job never completed and what is done is falling apart. They are now known as Square One. Don't let name change fool ya! They threatened to sue me for the remaining $2500. They owe me $35000 back. They can come rip out their countertops anytime. They're all splitting at the seams. Terrible. No accountability. Sub par all the way.

Communication problems with booking installation and warranty. Material quality was questionable. They blamed blemishes on nature and not a covered up repair. Still arguing on repair. Their licence might have expired in June in Alberta. Plus they are going under another name.

We have had our Engineered Granite counter top and Blanco sink for 4 years and are still happy with our decision to have Granite Transformation to replace our old sink and counter top.
As long as we follow the warranty instructions for both the counter top and sink we will hopefully be able to maintain the performance of both products.

I would like to ensure you that my evaluation is solid. After the island was in for a few days we saw some things that bothered us so we called and they send a representative the next day to fix the problem. Great sales, install and after install company rate it #1 in its field.

I was looking for something that was durable, yet beautiful and we found it @ Granite transformations. We found the perfect product, Installation was very smooth and easy and completed in one day. we have had one service call and that was fast and an easy process.

I get a big thrill everytime I walk through my kitchen since getting Granite Transformations to redo my countertops and backsplash in recycled glass and polymer. It has made my kitchen brighter and always looks shinny clean. Everyone who visits really admire it and I highly recommend it to all. The workmen were a pleasure to have in my home and the service was exceptional from everyone involved.

A friend recommended GT to do my kitchen reno... So I called them up ... they sent a sales rep out within a couple weeks. My sales rep was very helpful with picking out matching colours to my existing cupboards and try to keep my costs down to what I budgeted for this project. She also recommended that I come to their showroom for a better look to make colour picking easier. I did find that matching larger samples at the showroom helped alot. The installers were great and very knowledgeable in their field of work. They completed everything in one day. My kitchen looks awesome. Thanks

Wow! Love our transformed Kitchen. I can't say enough at how happy we are. From new cabinet doors, rebuilt side bar and cabinets, counter top to the back splash! We had a minor issue with the back splash but it was tended too and it looks great.
Highly recommend this company if you are looking to update your Kitchen!
