Excellent job by Arpi's. The completed job came in less then what they estimated! Can't wait for summer to enjoy the air conditioning. We would highly recommend Arpi's, sales and service were awesome.

**Very impressed with Arpi's service and product.** The technicians were friendly and arrived precisely on time. Since they needed access to our furnace room, they immediately laid down protective coverings on our hardwood floor and carpeted basement stairs. The work was finished in the amount of time suggested. I was asked to complete a checklist before the technicians left, which made sure I had all the necessary information about our A/C product and installation. I have been a loyal Arpi’s customer for over 15 years. This is why I felt confident in hiring them to replace my old furnace. Sadly, my confidence in Arpi’s was misplaced in this instance. Julie, I am pleased to see as the president of Arpi’s you read these reviews. I hope you read this review as well because I was told I was not able to speak with you when I asked for someone else to assist in resolving this problem. It is now 6 days after the installation of my new furnace by Arpi’s and the thermostat is still sitting on top of the furnace instead of on the wall upstairs where it belongs. It was only during the final test of the thermostat that the installers said the wiring to the old thermostat was insufficient for the new furnace. This was not noted in the walk through by the project manager while he was estimating the job and it was not noted on the signed Arpi’s proposal and agreement which I was assured was the total cost of the furnace replacement. It turns out the existing wiring would not provide one of the features of the furnace I was sold on – control of the fan at the thermostat. At no time was I advised this would be an issue. There were other problems with the estimate process and the installation that I would be happy to discuss but will not go into detail here. Since the problem with the thermostat, I have received two phone calls from Arpi’s – one from the project manager and one from his manager. In both situations I felt I was treated very aggressively for my position this situation is not my fault and I should not be held accountable for the oversight. Saying things like “you got your thermostat didn’t you” and “what agreement” when I replied that being asked to pay an additional $375 dollars for a wireless thermostat was not in the agreement I accepted. That cost would be in addition to another vacation day I would be required to take to have the thermostat issue resolved. I have never been treated so badly by Arpi’s staff and I am at quite a loss to explain why this is happening now. I am very disappointed in the service from Arpi’s Industries regarding this furnace installation.

The boiler tech that came out...because he didnt care or simply didnt know how to fix everything, caused and left us in a hazard situation. Emergency call three days later. Service manager would not acknowledge, just denial, excuses.

We needed a central humidifier so we called Arpi's for a quotation. The technician came to our house on time and explained to us what would be necessary for the installation and gave us a quote that was less than expected. The technician did his best to save us money by making the appropriate recommendations. When it came time for the install, the technician arrived on time and installed the humidifier. He was was very friendly, professional, and cleaned up after himself. (We have not had any problems with the humidifier. It was installed two years ago.) We would recommend them to others and we are getting Arpi's to do additional work for us this year.

CAN THIS DO MINUS NUMBERS? TERRIBLE, please do not use these people. They will take up your time, will not return calls and even needed Alberta New Home Warranty to get involved! After five years in our house we still notice the problems of leaking runs in the walls, poor air movement due to inept run design, inconsistent heat throughout. When my house is at 21.5 degrees my bedroom struggles to get above 18. Their idea to fix poor air return flow was to turn the furnace fan speed up to above the manufacturers recommended and to put pieces of card in the air return to try to 'funnel the return'. Had to remove over 16ft of redundant air return at ANHW behest. Air Conditioner was actually hooked up incorrectly and it took one of their Journeymen Techs to notice it in photos taken by a Tech who had been sent out three times despite not being qualified! Just an absolute joke and my next house will have a reputable company do the work. After their year of warranty was up they walked away and washed their hands knowing that they out waited the warranty and left us with an inept HVAC system. Customer Service is horrible and as far as i was told..... the ownership knew about the case but were just thankful to not have to take the walls down and redo it. From the mouth of the home builders Warranty Tech no less!!! I beg you to not use this company, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!

On a cold Sunday morning in February my wife woke me up at 3:00am to tell me that the furnace was making a terrible noise and that the temperature in the house was below 15 degrees. I waited until about 9:00am before trying to locate someone that was able to repair our furnace. I phoned a number of companies and most of the time all I could do was speak with a person that knew nothing about furnaces but would send out a repair person with an unknown cost. The only company that returned my call with an actual technician was Arpi's. He was able to help me diagnose the probable cause and an approximate cost to repair it. It was such a pleasure to speak with someone that knew what they were talking about. My problem was handled very efficiently.

I have a brand new house with a brand new furnace. At the 1 year home inspection, we noticed at two places in the furnace duct work, that it came apart at the seams. My guess was that it was a bad install. Anyways, it was under warranty and we scheduled Arpi's to come by and they quickly fixed it. Even gave me a roll of foil tape so that I can seal the duct seams to prevent heat leakage.

We have dealt with Arpi's Industries on a number of occasions over the last few years with our boiler system and now air conditioning system, and their service has always been very professional and efficient. Due to the service they have provided us, recommendations have been given to friends and familhy. To date we are pleased with the Lennox product recommended to us.

Just wanted to send you a note to compliment your staff and give everyone I dealt with a Huge Bouquet. On Sept 17, 2012 I had a service person come out to do my annual service and they quickly discovered cracks in my heat exchanger - they then arranged for Peter to come out to give me an estimate on replacement of my furnace. Sept. 18, 2012 Peter arrived right on time and gave me so much information it was easy to make an informed decision to replace my old unit with a much more efficient new Lennox furnace. Sept. 19, 2012 - Peter contacted me again to arrange an install date. Oct. 1, 2012 - My Very cheerful crew arrived to install my furnace. They were very efficient and kept the messy job of changing out equipment neatly contained. They were done in very short order and I am now enjoying my home in much greater comfort. They explained the workings of my new furnace; my new CO2 detectors; all the paperwork I needed to submit so I had no problems with filling out my online registrations. Thanks ever so much for having such awesome staff who go out of their way to make a customer feel very appreciated. Regards, Bev
