We are renting a condo and decided with the landlord to replace the carpeting in the unit with laminate flooring. After shopping around for a while, we decided on AA Floors and More for both the highest quality flooring and the best price. The staff were patient and knowledgeable helping us decide exactly what we needed and even when we needed to exchange part of our purchase, did so happily and easily allowing us to take the new product immediately and bring back the exchanged product whenever was convenient for us. Couldn't be happier with this place and would/will recommend it.

My wife and I bought a house and the previous owners had put down hardwood in 2 of the rooms upstairs and carpet everywhere else. We had the challenge of having to hardwood an entire house and of matching the existing 6 year old wood upstairs. Peter from AA saved the day! We went to another hardwood company and they told us they couldn't match the wood exactly and presented us with a close but not same wood. When we went to AA Peter named the wood right away and it was the exact same!!!!!! They delivered, they installed and the entire process was easy and pleasant. If I could do it all over I would call up Peter once more. Thank you AA!

The product quality was confirmed by the independent contractor we hired to do the installation, who had no issues installing the product. We looked all over the city, and beyond for a unique, good quality laminate flooring that would withstand the test of time in the basement and would look great. AA Floors had the best variety and pricing. We have dealt with Russ on our previous house and he is wonderful. He treats us like old friends when ever we drop by, and goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. Best floor store in Ontario!

We are very pleased wiht the service we received from AA Floors. We had shopped around and found outrageous prices elsewhere with little interest in our project. AA Floors (Peter) was very attentive, knowledgeable and patient as we made our decisions. The installers were prompt and easily accommodated our 2 cats and dog as they worked. They were very efficient, completing the entire work in 2 days. Next year we will have the upstairs and stairs done, and will return to AA Floors for the work. We highly recommend this company.

I do extensive research before going for large purchases such as hardwood floors. I called around and got numerous quotes - but I kept coming back to AA. We felt that our experience right from the start is what sold us. Peter was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was considerate of our budget and there was absolutely no pressure to buy. We had quotes from other companies/contractors that were less but did not feel the same confidence that we did with AA Floors. We wanted to match our floors with the oak staircase that was already in the house...but I did not really LOVE the colour of the wood so I wasn't really ready to be amazed at seeing the floors for the first time but I was!! It looks amazing and I'm so glad we did what we did. Will be recommending to all our friends! Thanks guys!

This was a great experience. They had lots to choose from, Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the installers were prompt, professional and neat. Just what you want from a job like this. Will use them again next year.

Peter from AA Floors was great -I had visited many other showrooms in Toronto and the price and service at AA was amazing. The options were endless and in the end the floor we choose was in stock and was installed within 2 days. The installer tood his time and cleaned up before he left. Loving our new floors.

I'd visited many different flooring store in TO, by TTC imagine. The last one was AA Floors & More. When I was there I had the chance to talk with some other francophone customer to who I ask about their experience with AA flooring, it is was great one they told me. I deal with Marina who take the time to show me all kind of flooring and I get a sample for me to show to my partner. The next weekend we get back and Marina show us something we did not had in mind at all we were going to dark grey and finely we got light but caractérielle flooring. The hickory wood is a incredible, so much first we get flooring the upper part of the house Master bedroom and second BR and hall, we finely install the same flooring in the living and dining room (open concept). Very good price for Canadian product from Québec. And I did the installation safe money and most important had fun and get me experience, and did something no installer would say yes to it starting the main floor with the tile foyer flooring in 90 degrees installation. AA came highly recommended by my neighbour. We found their website and found a laminate we liked for the basement. The showroom has an overwhelming selection and they had stock of the laminate we wanted. We booked an install and the floor was done 2 days later. The laminate looks amazing and has a hand-scraped texture and can fool most of my neighbours. The process from order to completion was effortless.
