I needed carpet in a huge hurry and called Tony at Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring. He came out very quickly with samples and was professional, friendly and very helpful. The installers were excellent, Mustafa was very accommodating and saw to it that the job was done correctly and his helper was very good as well. They told me it could take 2 days, it took part of 1 day. It looks great and I am very happy with it. What I thought would take weeks took a matter of days and I am extremely thankful. They removed all the old carpet and cleared the basement of any leftover underlay and scraps of the new carpet. I can't say enough about how happy I am with the whole process and highly recommend this company.

Deerfoot Floors has been my go to flooring company for over 25 years. Occasionally over that period there was some problems. They were ALWAYS looked after. The owner is the kind of person who would not sleep well if he felt you were not satisfied. You can trust them 100% to look after you and that is why I would only use Deerfoot Floors for all my carpet and tile needs.

Joe was extremely helpful in our carpet selection. Competitive pricing. Very easy to work with. Answered all of our questions. Very good followup. Cody did an excellent install. He works by himself. Very organized and keep the rooms clean as he worked. He installed carpet in four rooms, removed old carpet from three rooms without marking or bruising any wall. Basement and one bedroom were freshly painted. Excellent staircase install and made a point to ensure we were happy with all transactions. He provided underlay recommendations and glad we used his recommendations. We are extremely pleased with the results.

I am probably one of the most indecisive client Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring has ever had to deal with. However, throughout the four months it took me to make a final selection on my flooring, Debbie, my salesperson was just awesome. She worked very hard to stay within my budget and showed great patience as I vacillated from one product/color to another. Found the other staff very friendly and always willing to give feedback. Ilker did the install and did a superior and professional job. The final look of the 1,000 square feet of installed vinyl planks is better than I had even imagined. I did have an issue with the vinyl planks once they had been installed and Alana and ilker dealt with the issue promptly and successfully. I plan to install carpet in the master bedroom and 2 set of stairs in April and I will definitely be returning to Deerfoot Carpet and Flooring to make this purchase. Would recommend this company without any hesitation.

I have had the good fortune of using Deerfoot Carpet on a number of occasions. Tony is so helpful, patient, and efficient. He finds out what you need and what your price points are and does his best to provide the best quality within those parameters. I would recommend Deerfoot Carpet to any and all of my friends and family and have done so.

I have used Deerfoot flooring now for over 10 years, always dealing with Corrine. She has been excellent to deal with and very professional and always follows up with great customer service. Jason, her assistant has been very knowledgable and very helpful also in my dealings. Ilker and Peter have installed floor and tile within my home and have done a beautiful job. I will definitely be using Deerfoot flooring and carpet again. I highly recommend them.

Our daughter wanted to change the flooring in her townhouse, so we went to Deerfoot because it was close to start our education process. Corinne went above and beyond to explain the pros and cons of the different products. She recommended the Excel vinyl planking. It was a little more expensive than what is advertised in the flyers at the big box stores, but we loved that it didn't require any additional material except a little bit of glue. She did such a great job of telling us about all the choices that we knew that she was impartial and was suggesting the best product for our needs. (there are dogs living there so durability was paramount). The install was easy with fantastic end results. We were so happy with the whole product, we did it again in a basement suite and the floor is the focal point of the whole home. We feel like pro installers because it was so easy to install. (cut it with an exacto knife - so easy to make it fit tight with no gaps). A big thanks to Corinne for steering us in the right direction!

Great service, quick installation, and provided updates about my carpet as I was in a rush to get the project completed. Installation guy was friendly and fast, and even helped me move a heavy chair. Will use again in the future.

We can not say enough positive things about Deerfoot carpet! They are a top notch company . We have used them for all our tile and carpet in our home. We had a warranty issue and this was handled very professionally from the first phone call with Alana to the end with a experienced tiler Peter. We are so pleased with the care and professionalism with this company. The staff are top notch. High quality work, cleanliness of of our home after the work was done and the professionalism of everyone that we came into contact with. We would stronger recommend Deerfoot carpet and will be sure to use them again for any flooring needs. 10/10!

Paul and Tony went out of their way to help me find a carpet that suited my needs and my budget. Very accommodating, great pricing and excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
