This is the first time we have had our ducts cleaned in our house of 13 years -- it was long over due! But the two gentlemen who came were professional, efficient and never made me feel badly or embarrased that we had left it for so long. They were very patient with my questions and they took great care to ensure there was no mess left behind. The cost was very reasonable and we were able to get an appointment quite quickly. Would use again without hesitation.

This was a great company. They were on time, thorough and did not take too long to get the job done. We've had minimal dust and wake up without a stuffy nose. Also, they use a whip in the fireplace to go up the shaft, this is better than the brushes most companies use which miss the corners!

Nuno did a great job! worked clean and explained everything to me- quick, courteous, professional- thank you Superior- the price was great too! I had called some of the other contractors and prices started at 300 typically so good on you Superior!

These guys are great. Mark did not hesitate to give me a quote over the phone. The appointment was made over the phone and Luke and Carlos showed up on time. They explained what they were going to do and also showed how dirty the ducts were. They were very professional. They made access panels for no charge. The even cleaned up after. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

AWESOME!! Helder and Josh came into a real mess at our home as we're doing a total house renovation. They were calm, cool, and majorly efficient! I first used Superior back in December 2006 from an add in the paper. I ended up having my baby the same day of our appointment, so my husband was the only one home. I cannot say first hand, but my husband was pleased with the service. I'm glad I came here to read up on other reviews as it seems that the quality of service is definitely there and the loyalty to your customers. I have been using this company for years and every time they do a great job. They are restectful, helpful to explain any questions i may have and the price is always the price unless i choose to add services. Superior Air Duct Cleaning was referred to us by a neighbor. When we had them come in to clean our ducts the individuals explained the process to me (inclusive of time, procedures, scents and sounds). They were careful to ensure efficiency, and keeping my home cleaned up. They also then informed about additional services that we would benefit from without insisting or trying to make a hard sell and kept us informed and then let us make a decision. They also told us how to maintain clean air in our home at a reasonable cost (i.e. repairing our heap filter instead of insisting on the purchase of a new one). Luke and Helder arrived right on time for my appointment. Extremely professional and courteous. They brought my attention to a couple of issues with my humidifier and furnace filters and provided corrective suggestions. They never pushed or up-sold those corrective measures. These gentlemen and work quality have definitely exceeded my expectations.
