But the two gentlemen who came were professional, efficient and never made me feel badly or embarrased that we had left it for so long. They were very patient with my questions and they took great care to ensure there was no mess left behind. The cost was very reasonable and we were able to get an appointment quite quickly. Would use again without hesitation.

Stacy Moore in MississaugaThis was a great company. They were on time, thorough and did not take too long to get the job done. We've had minimal dust and wake up without a stuffy nose. Also, they use a whip in the fireplace to go up the shaft, this is better than the brushes most companies use which miss the corners!

Our Service Man Nuno explained everything he was going to do and why he was doing it. He told us exactly how long it would take him to do the work and he was right. He took his shoes off before entering our home. He treated our home with respect and attention to each and every detail. He did a thorough job and explained our system to us along the way. Not only did our ducts get cleaned, but we learned more about our home and how it works. There is no other Duct Cleaning Service that I would recommend. They were recommended to us by our Real Estate Agent, as she uses them also. You can relax with Superior Air Duct Cleaning.

GR in MississaugaThese guys are great. Mark did not hesitate to give me a quote over the phone. The appointment was made over the phone and Luke and Carlos showed up on time. They explained what they were going to do and also showed how dirty the ducts were. They were very professional. They made access panels for no charge. The even cleaned up after. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Duct cleaning
Cristina in MississaugaI first used Superior back in December 2006 from an add in the paper. I ended up having my baby the same day of our appointment, so my husband was the only one home. I cannot say first hand, but my husband was pleased with the service. I'm glad I came here to read up on other reviews as it seems that the quality of service is definitely there and the loyalty to your customers. I've read some reviews on other companies that are absolute horror stories, so I'm glad I have Superiors' sticker on my furnace. Expect a call from me within the next little while. Thanks

When we had them come in to clean our ducts the individuals explained the process to me (inclusive of time, procedures, scents and sounds). They were careful to ensure efficiency, and keeping my home cleaned up. They also then informed about additional services that we would benefit from without insisting or trying to make a hard sell and kept us informed and then let us make a decision. They also told us how to maintain clean air in our home at a reasonable cost (i.e. repairing our heap filter instead of insisting on the purchase of a new one). They brought my attention to a couple of issues with my humidifier and furnace filters and provided corrective suggestions. They never pushed or up-sold those corrective measures. These gentlemen and work quality have definitely exceeded my expectations.
