Pikes installed our awnings over the years...we are now in need of either a new one or a repair, but cannot get anyone to respond to our phone messages..their website seems to be up and running, but no luck with anyone calling us back. It looks like they might be out of business.

Major attitude from Hugh. Not pleased with the service. Actually pretty disgusted but oh well. Definitely won't be using this company again. He told me it wasn't his responsibility to fix the problem we were having with HIS product.

I bought a beautiful home that has more awnings than you would believe. In summer they provided much protection from the sun and even the rain. They are all types. After the big wind storm yesterday, I called Pike's up to request they take down for winter some of the awnings. They were out here within a couple of hours. I didn't even need to be home, because they storage the awnings until Spring. What great service, and so pleasant too. I'm impressed.

We were looking for company to print on and install the awning for a new retail location we opened in March of 2009. We got a few similar quotes, but Adam's friendly service, fair price and overall attentiveness won us over. Our design required very specific colours to be used which Pikes graphic designer had to actually do by hand (which we were little nervous about), but the finished product looks fantastic!
