Early March I noticed several of the Bricks on our Chimney had seriously deteriorated and were falling off. Rudy Edwards was actually referred by one of our Neighbours who had similar problems about one Year ago. I called Rudy and arranged to have him come to our House to review the problem and provide an estimate regarding cost as well as a timeline. He came at the arranged time and was extremely pleasant, courteous and at the same time very professional. He provided his estimate in a timely manner but pointed out that we had to wait for appropriate weather conditions, i.e. the work could not be done if there was still a possibility of Frost. At the same time I was faced with Cancer treatments &/or Surgery. Although I had received several other estimates from Companies larger than Glenwood - price was similar to Glenwood's quote, I decided to use Glenwood. Rudy Edwards appeared to be very trustworthy and straight forward and he was very accomodating with respect to the timing. As soon as the Weather improved and the danger of Frost had passed Rudy called and provided the date on which the work would be completed. He showed up on time, performed to my complete satisfaction. The work area was cleaned and all debries removed. I am highly satisfied and will use Glenwood again for further work on my House.
