We own an older home (circa 1887). We inevitably run into problems when renovating. This was no exception. LPB Construction was great with dealing with a little 'surprise' that was found when the floor was opened. Their price to repair was very fair and reasonable. And, they even finished the job on time!!!! Great to work with them.
