My family and I were moving into a new house and we decided to give Appliance Canada a shot when buying brand new appliances from a gas stove, a dishwasher, fridge and oven. We entered and was not even greeted by anyone at all to begin with. The sales reps were not even busy with customers and finally one approached us after 10 minutes of waiting. He showed us the different models of appliances and definitely took his time to explain, and offer us the best choices. In the end we ended up getting Wolfe and Miele appliances. After all the purchases were made, when it came to delivery, they did not come on the set day and they showed up the next day after without any prior notice or telephone call. Their installation staff didn't even do a good job such as hooking up the water connection for the fridge or hooking up the stove to the gas line. They made a mess of the place and didn't even bother to clean up. Their customer service department where they take payments, make purchase orders have rude staff, in the sense they were not communicating properly to us and told us to come another time as they were "busy". Overall I wouldn't recommend this place despite the exceptional service by the regular sales rep.

I bought a 4yr extended warranty for the Whirlpool washer/dryer we purchased in 2008. The washer required three support calls and I am disappointed by the turnaround time. You call a support number that no one answers; instead, you leave a message with a promise to return your call within 2 business days. The first two times I used this, I did get the callback and it is two days later, that is, I called Thursday and I got called back Monday. Then I am told to wait another 48hrs for the callback of Whirlpool who is obliges to send us a technician within 2 to 5 business days from THEIR callback. That happened twice and I lived with it. This third time that I called, my voice message last Thursday has not been returned today, Wednesday. I called two other times since then but, of course, there is no one to talk to, not even an operator to escalate the call. What a scam.

Fred gave me a deal on a 5 cubic Samsung washer and dryer (Samsung makes Kenmore). I bought the top of the line at a fraction of the cost that you could find anywhere else. I've bought all my appliances there to outfit two homes, and each time I need something I do my research first, and am amazed at their pricing and service.

We ordered 5 kitchen appliances from the Appliance Canada store. The salesperson helped us to choose the appliances we were looking for. The delivery came on time and the delivery guys were very helpful. The door of the fridge was attached on the wrong side. They took it off and installed it onto the other side. Their assistance was very good.

Went in with questions regarding higher end professional stoves and fridges...the salesperson, was not informed and straight out told us, he wasn't able to answer our questions, informed us to go on line or call the company if we wanted more information, didn't even try to get us the information...needless to say...he lost the sale!

We outfitted our entire house with appliances from Appliance Canada. We dealt with Steve Miller and would highly recommend anyone to him. He was extremely helpful, provided great service and at the same time did not pressure us. We would deal with them again!

Good selection; competitive prices; not so great service. Two of the items we ordered were not stocked and had to be ordered through the manufacturer and the three week suggested time frame to receive the order turned out to be more like 10 weeks.

Before you purchase anything from this organization, be sure to look at the contract you sign. We were completely outraged when we read the back of the documents (of course they do not indicate the terms of the agreement so you automatically assume they will be like any regular store i.e. you can cancel an order!). You automatically lose your deposit if you decide to cancel your order...even if it is the day after you made it!! We ended up having to stay with our order. The only thing to their credit is agreeing to send our stove even though the refrigerator was to be delayed delivery for another 10 days...hopefully not more. Not really sure I would ever make the trip up there to purchase again. I am more comfortable with the salespeople and the values of Sears.

HAD GREAT SERVICE, BEAUTIFUL SHOWROOM, LOTS OF TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS TO CHOOSE FROM.BOUGHT KITCHEN AID APPLIANCES. DELIVERY DATE SCHEDULED AND WAS ON TIME, APPLIANCES MOVED RIGHT INTO PLACE. PROFESSIONAL, FRIENDLY SALES PEOPLE.
