    World of Comfort - great experience

    central air con I've bought a/c systems from world of comfort for my current and previous homes. Dealt with Brian on both occasions and was extremely satisfied by his professionalism and knowledge. All the work was well done by his team and post-installation support was great. I highly recommend World of Comfort if you are in need of HVAC work in Toronto.

    Being an Electrical Contractor myself I was very impressed with the fello Brian who came out and gave me an estimate.

    Complete furnace replacement and duct work The was done very quickly and all of the old furnace was taken out of the house and disposed of. The floors were covered and there was no damage to the walls. I was very impressed with the installer George who is a true tradesman, and an artist at work. Everything was tested and I was shown how all the in's and out's of the furnace.
    The pipes run outside were cemented in as well as the old chimney hole. Then Brian came and we filled out the paper work for the warranty and all is well.

    Good service

    installed new furnace Service was good, fast and efficient. I have used them on a couple of my rental properties and overall I was happy with their work. On one occassion, I found their price somewhat expensive.

    Excellent family business

    high efficiency gas furnace My second furnace with these guys, and they were excellent. A retrofit in a Victorian home is usually a nightmare. The job took much longer than anticipated but the fellows were pleasant and efficient and cleaned everything up after. They explained the new system and even went out to buy me a new filter, no extra charge. I will definitely bring them back when it is time to put in my tankless water heater

After reading all of the reviews above, you'd think there wasn't more to say: The price was right, the service was outstanding, the crew was meticulous in keeping the place clean, you'd never know they were there except for a beautifully installed furnace.     World of Comfort highly professional

    central air and new furnace Purchased both Central Air and New Furnace. Both were installed by efficient professionals in one day. The furnace has had some warning light issues but World of Comfort sent people out to fix the problems quickly. They honoured their warranty without hassle. They will get all my business in the future.

    Furnace Write Off

    New Furnace We called World of Comfort for what we thought was going to be a repair -- turns out our furnace was a write off. From beginning to end, the WOC crew were extremely professional and courteous. Must be the reason they've been in business as long as they have.

    Mel Ing and World of Comfort are stars.

    Installed heating/AC system in conservatory. Has also maintained furnace and AC system for decade. Mel Ing and his crew, especially Al, have always been there when we needed them. World of Comfort does not perform sloppy annual maintenance on our house system: Everything is done perfectly. So when it came time to install an AC/heating system in a new room, we selected that company. We were lucky: The system, like everything that firm has done in this house, works beautifully. And I cannot say that about many other companies.

    World of Comfort "Walks the talk!"

    Service of furnace Could you imagine an HVAC company that answered the phone right away, had someone on the end of the line who was knowledgeable, promised a serviceperson would call back within a few minutes (and they did!), delivered on their promises and actually fixed the problem right the first time without charging exorbinately? Neither could I until I used Homestars to find World of Comfort Ltd.

    I had grown accustomed to using the Yellow Pages only to have difficulty finding someone to answer the telephone (assuming they were still in business from the last time of their last Yellow Page ad) let alone show any knowledgeable intelligence on how to fix a furnace problem. I was sure it had to be a relatively easy fix as the furnace was less than 3 years old but the rare previous HVAC companies that would come to service my furnace had done everything from clean the furnace to replace my expensive programmable thermostat because “it had to be the problem.” However, I still had to use a fireplace to keep the house from freezing while my natural gas furnace was on the fritz.

    World of Comfort not only delivered knowledgeably, fast and efficiently back in November, 2008 but fixed the problem correctly the first time and charged considerably less than their so called competitors who never solved the issue. Now that the winter is almost over, I can say with confidence we finally have found an HVAC company that can keep our house in warm comfort for an entire cold season.
