I have no idea why anyone would choose anyone else! I received a reply to my request within an hour and Tom arrived on time, at our scheduled appointment. I asked him to re-key the front door to my condo unit and supply me with a new, better quality lock for my patio door. Tom gave me useful advice to solve my security problem.
