Piero and his team were the perfect renovating team during a very stressful time in anyones life. Our renovation went perfect. The word perfect is strong, because it is what his company deserves. From Demolition to completion the Valentini reputation for quality and attention to detail really showed. We would highly recommend Piero and his team including Walter, Marcelo, Ronnie, and Rob, not too mention Piero's enire family. Our experience was one to remember and the memories will only be good. As a Policing family, I trust nobody, but boy Piero you earned it, gained it and deserve it. We will upload photos shortly of the fine work completed by Valentini and it gives us great pleasure to salute a wonderful, caring and professinal team.

When we purchased our 1950's built bungalow, the first thing we wanted to do was reno the small main bathroom. Although the previous owners had 'updated' it, we wanted something more fresh and modern but within our budget. It was not easy finding someone willing to do such a small job, until we were referred to Valentini Kitchens. Their knowledgeable and professional team worked with my husband and I to create our mini oasis and managed to optimize our storage concerns. Their craftmanship and dedication to detail were extremely impressive and Piero and Marco were an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Valentini designed and installed the kitchen to our first home back in 2003. We were so pleased with their work that, when we moved to our new home in 2008 and decided to renovate, we did not hesitate to call on Valentini again. The second go around, Valentini helped design and install our new kitchen, as well as 3 new bathrooms. The compliments we receive speak volumes of the quality of Valentini's work. Dealing with Piero (design), Marco (admin.) and Anthony (fabrication and installation) was a pleasure from start to finish. Their helpful advice and professionalism throughout the project helped us complete renovation on time and on budget. We strongly recommend Valentini Kitchens for anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation. You will not be disappointed.

I hired Piero of Valentini Kitchens to provide a modern kitchen with Cesar-stone counters for a new townhouse here in Toronto. As a custom builder I was looking for pride in workmanship and an excellent product that will withstand the test of time. Piero and his brother Anthony delivered just that. A well built kitchen to the exact specifications that were requested. They also delivered on time and on budget. I recommend this company whole-heartedly to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or to any builder that is constructing a custom home.

When we moved into our house almost 20 years ago we were delighted with how the previous occupant had renovated so much of the house to a clean and modern look. The jarring omission to this was the master bathroom. Straight out of the 50's it had the half wall of salmon/pink tiles with a black tile border. A matching pink tub finished off the look. We couldn't afford to change it right away so we lived with it... for too long. Finally we checked on Homestars for contractors and contacted a few. Even with Homestars it was the old story of too busy to call back. We got estimates but only Piero from Valentini Kitchens made time to come out to see us and give us an estimate actually based on measuring the room and listening to what we wanted the room to be. We went to his showroom which was under renovations itself (busy people) and we made our selections of materials and finalized the plan and when it would all begin. As this was our only bathroom with a shower we had to make alternate arrangements so Piero scheduled his people to arrive in a tight sequence to move through the process quickly. To make this possible we gave him a couple of months lead time to fit this into his busy schedule. Do you know what you get when you gut a bathroom with those tough as armor 50's tiles. Dust! While they did their best to tent the hallway to reduce the flow of dust, you just can't avoid the fine powdered ceramic bits from floating everywhere. It certainly could have been worse had they not made those efforts but ugh! Those tiles are horrible to remove. Jackhammers, crow bars, and sledgehammers are required to break the tiles and the thick cement holding them to the nailed on wire mesh. Had the tiles gone to the ceiling we could have used the room as a bomb shelter. The gutted room looked amazing and it only took them a day. Granted it was a long and full day with quite a few workers moving back and forth in that little room but they got it all out. Next came the new subfloor, new drywall (mold resistant), new ceramic floor tiles, new tub with ceramic tile surround (even the ceiling!!!), new granite vanity top and sink (kept the old cabinet), new tub and sink fixtures, new ceiling lighting and exhaust fan (existing exhaust piping), existing toilet, new medicine cabinet (reframing was done to accommodate the larger size), new bathroom and linen closet doors, and new custom doors for a storage cubby in the room as well. Once all that was installed they painted the room and painted the hallway too. The change was amazing! Such a difference! We LOVE our new bathroom! I never want to see salmon/pink black trimmed tiles again! The workers arrived on time every day and worked long hours to get the job done quickly. They were always friendly and courteous. Piero kept an eye on the progress and was there when we had questions. Very helpful and I can't recommend them enough.

We are extremely pleased with our new custom kitchen. It looks terrific and is also highly functional. Piero was very professional and helpful in working with us around the design and layout and listened attentively to what we wanted in a kitchen. He offerred great suggestions to add elegance and style while maintaining all the functionality we wanted. Tony and the installation crew were equally amazing- the attention to detail was evident at every step. They are clearly proud of their work and for good reason. I would recommend them to everyone.

I purchased my downtown Toronto townhouse about a year and a half ago, and knew from day one that the 1970's plastic/formica kitchen with the awkward configuration would have to go. Valentini was recommended through a friend's contractor. From the initial introductory meeting, to the last drop of touch-up paint, Piero and the Valentini team made sure that my dream kitchen was designed, created, installed and completed exactly how I wanted it. Demolition took place on a Saturday, and being the family business it is, Piero brought his brother-in-law and nephews in. The crew of six had my old kitchen completely demolished to the studs in about eight hours. The wall between the kitchen and dining room was removed, and we found lots of fun surprises, like black mould, four layers of flooring and mouse nests under the subfloor. Most of the roughing was done in the first two days - all new electric, plumbing and framing were done - including rough-ins for a future upstairs laundry. The team had to drill a new hole through the brick to accommodate an exterior-venting stove hood. Framing, insulation and drywall were complete by day 6, and Raony did a phenomenal job first installing the in-floor heating, then the 12x24" slate-like ceramic tile. The custom cabinetry was well worth the very short wait (only about a week!) and looked AMAZING when it was done. Totally made the room look enormous, and the white of the cabinets really brightens up the room. The backsplash (aka Kitchen bling) tied the kitchen together, and the Cambria Quartz countertop topped it all off. The powder room was renovated at the same time, and though we ran into challenges only with the wallpaper, the finished product is elegant and gorgeous. I could only rate my experience a 10... but really it was a 15 out of 10. Piero estimate 8 weeks for the total renovation time, it ended up being done in about five. My biggest concern was disturbing my neighbours, as I live in a 22-unit townhouse complex. The workers that came in were very respectful of my neighbours and made sure that both my unit, and any common areas that were used were cleaned and swept every day. I've had many conversations about renovations with friends and neighbours, some of whom have had horrible experiences with their contractors. I would wholeheartedly recommend the Valentini kitchens team, and I can honestly say that the entire renovation process was an extremely positive and nearly effortless experience. Not only did the team make sure my kitchen vision was realized, Piero (and occasionally Anthony) called and/or emailed me daily, sometimes more, just to make sure I was kept completely up to date on the reno progress. On the rare occasion that something was delayed, I was notified immediately. My emails and phone calls were returned on the same day, and NOT ONCE was I ever left wondering what was happening. My neighbours were very impressed with the efficiency, and high quality of the workmanship in the kitchen. I have already been asked for contact information for Valentini. I very much look forward to using Valentini again when I install y laundry room on the 2nd floor, and a bathroom in the basement. They will be my first call when any renovations need to be done.
