My wife and I had been looking for a central vacuum for over a year now, and just couldn’t find the right one. We looked at all the major companies, Beam, Hayden, Nutone and even small rink-a-dink companies. We ran into 2 major issues 1) Too pushy of a salesman and 2) The price was outrageous. We bumped into VacSupply at the Toronto Home Show, and were sold right a way! The price was excellent, and Mike (very easy to talk too...actually listened to what we said) was great to work with. The installation was very clean too. There are no hanging electrical cords or any loose piping. The product itself is great too! As soon as it was installed I started to vacuum. I have used other central vacuums, and always managed to get the cord kinked or the attachment wasn’t sufficient for the job. Not this time, because of the swivel hose head, I was able to continue vacuuming without having to untangle my hose and the attachment allowed me to go from carpet to hardwood (adjustable height) with no problems. Plus, it didn’t damage my hardwood! We weren’t sold the biggest or the quietest unit.... we were sold what we needed! Overall, my wife and I are very happy with our selection. The price was right, the people were right and the product was right. VacSupply would be my first stop for my next central vacuum.
