My furnace was not turning on. So, yesterday I called my HVAC maintenance company (not Ultrabin). The tech found a faulty power switch but he also said the equipment was not safe to operate. He put a red tag on my unit, he turned the unit off and left. I then called Ultrabin coz I thought the previous tech didn't do any testing. Paul from Ultrabin came to my house right away. He did many tests including CO tests, gave it a good bill of health. Highly appreciate Ultrabin's (Eric's Team) promptness to help with the situation, my regret is that I didn't call them first.. thanks again Eric and team, you guys made the uncertainties go away!

Called in Christmas Eve as our furnace which was used to tripping its limit switch had apparently stopped working entirely. After a quick Facetime call, we arranged for Paul to come over same day, he adjusted his schedule to come sooner which we deeply appreciated. He was very knowledgeable about our furnace system which was ~24 years old (original Carrier system from builder). After some diagnostics he confirmed the furnace was working just fine and we found that the thermostat had come loose that it wasn't communicating with the furnace, still had power but signal communication wasn't working properly. We properly reinstalled the thermostat and everything was working again. What i especially appreciated was that Paul went the extra mile to check if the furnace was indeed working properly by measuring carbon monoxide, cleaned the flame sensor within the furnace and most importantly he used his diagnostic tools to determine that our gas pressure was set too high and adjusted it down lower. This explains why the furnace limit switch kept tripping past few years. Super grateful for Ultra Built In System, a gem of a family owned company -- extremely honest and a true pleasure to work with. Highly recommend.

After our water heater crapped out, we reached out to our propane provider to see what they could offer on a hot water heater. A friend suggested that I reach out to Ultra Built-In as they had a very positive experience with their team. I had Kevin come out to our property and he did a quick site visit to see what was required for installation, and the next day we had the install team ready to go. They were very professional and courteous and had left our space clean without any debris. It took a few hours for them to put in our tankless heater and i couldn't be happier. They explained the features of the heater, and set it up without much confusion. The price was easy to accept as it was MUCH cheaper than what was offered by our natural gas provider. I will continue the chain of recommendation and would suggest Eric and his team at an instant.

Eric and his team are the best in the area ! We had our air conditioning poorly installed by another company which was a real hack job of reusing old materials and patch panels. System failed in 4 years as a result. Eric came and installed a new coil with the proper case , NO old materials or patch panels. He worked above and beyond with the manufacturer to get as much covered under warranty. We now have the clean and professional installation that we originally wanted. Thanks again Eric and staff, you guys are the best !!!.

My A/C broke down and the furnace was just as old. 18yrs, and so I decided to replace both units. They took care of everything start to finish. Very professional job and fair price. I found my go to, for HVAC needs.
