We bought bathroom fixtures for 3 large high-end bathrooms for a house my husband was building. Hansgrohe and Rubinet. What a nightmare that turned out to be. Delayed delivery and parts that did not fit with their own parts! Most of the high-end parts were not in stock so had to be ordered. They did not come in on time. When you are building a house with contractors, promised delivery dates are very important. The Rubinet items came with hidden fittings that are manufactured for TUBS to go with the brand. This is their in-house brand. When the pieces did come in the plumbers could not install them as the threads on the cosmetic outside pieces did not match the hidden fittings! We contacted our salesman, Peter, and he did not help at all. He said of course they fit! We had to eventually buy different parts from a plumbing store so the fixtures could be installed, at our cost! We had a $500. store credit towards a future purchase which we had bargained for when we made this huge purchase. When we renovated our own bathroom, against our better judgement, we went back to TUBS to use the credit. We bought a bathtub filler among other things. Our salesman, Al, said if we had any trouble to contact him and he would make it right. When the contractor went to install it, guess what, it would not work either. It had an off set on the fitting that made it impossible to install in the wall. He contacted our salesman who said there was nothing they could do and he should contact the manufacturer. He did that and they have never gotten back to him, Aquabrass. He had to go to a machine shop and make his own part so he could install the bath filler. We will never set foot in TUBS again!

I went in to the Dundas location and wanted to buy 2 toilets. The sales people were nice and offered me a $30 discount on each. When it came time to purchase them, they could not change price in the system. They called the owner Brenda to change price, SHE WOULD NOT HONOUR THE PRICE. HOW BAD IS THAT FOR A LOUSY $60! THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS, this place will not last.

I purchased a heated towel rack for the bathroom. It takes a half hour to heat up and gives off very little heat. Essentially, it does not function as a heated towel rack at all! Tubs refuses to take it back because it was installed, despite the fact that it does not function as advertised. This place is a waste of time and money. They refused to stand behind the products that they sell.

It is a huge showroom with many choices, but they help you to find what you want. I selected a TOTO and a Kohler and both had the raised comfort seat, and both had the soft-close feature. The delivery was on time, and everything was in order. The only disappointment is that they have no plumber available for installation.

I went in to TUBS on the East Mall to browse toilets, it was only my 2nd look and was intending to just browse. I found it hard to get someone to help me (no one offered assistance, even though it was dead quiet), but when I had someone paged to help me he was very pleasant and knew his products. We have an old home with one tiny bathroom that is used by 4 people. He explained the options to me, and I didn't feel pressured at all to purchase anything. He took the time to print off the different options and notated the differences of the different options. I was walking out the door and turned around and bought it on the spot. When I went to the delivery bay to pick up my new toilet the man who worked there was exceptionally nice and courteous, and also obviously knew his stores products well. He was warm and efficient, and I left feeling like I had made a great choice. I was so impressed that they got me excited about buying a toilet! I will definitely return to TUBS in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the store to others.

The salesperson was very informative and the product selection was great. I piurchased three faucet sets for two sinks, one single and the other double. Also purchased faucets for the bathtubs and a shower kit. Some of the items were a bit pricy, however they have a good selection for various budget ranges and at times good sale prices. The overall customer service was great and I would shop at this store again.

This store is beyond bad and to be avoided at all costs. We were finishing our bathroom reno and looking for towel bars etc. We found a product on display at Tubs that we really liked. We bought it but fortunately opened the box before we left the store. It was labelled with the model number of the bar we wanted, but it was not the same product. We went back to the salesman, who was rude, and completely unhelpful. Disappeared without telling us where he was going, came back 10 minutes later to say all the bars were the same in the stock room. We asked for the manager and by the time we walked him over to the bar on display there was a sign up saying it was no longer available. We did get our money back, but the service was appalling - rude, disinterested, and they took no responsibility or initiative. Their story was that the display model must have been an old model that wasn't being made any more. When we got home we checked the towel bar company's website - it was in fact a current model, and we found it easily at another bathroom store. There's something very strange about this store...I wouldn't trust them, the products they sell, or their service.

These guys are beyond bad. The showroom has loads of stuff but what they dont tell you is that 90% of it is not in stock. SO - if you purchase something odds are it will be classified as "special order" - the WHOLE STORE is special order. They don't know WHEN something will come in but they give you dates and then the stuff doesn't show up. A complaint will be met with "...not our fault - the supplier is late". This is classic sleazy and irresponsible sales going on. They take NO resposibility and the helpful salesperson disappears once the money is exchanged. NEVER shop here - ever - they will over promise, under deliver, deceive and fine print you - to death. Caveat Emptor.

This is the rudest company I have ever experienced. From the sales person right to the manager all they do is give you the run around for days and days and play games right to your face. I bought a bathroom vanity right off the floor and asked them to hold it until I was ready for it in the construction schedule. They never moved it, they never delivered it. It turned out to be the wrong vanity and a week later I asked for a refund. They have the nerve to take a 25% "restocking fee" for something they didn't deliver and they didn't custom order. They pocketed 25% for doing nothing and within less than a week. Do not trust them. They are scammers. Their competition such as "Amati" are far more reliable and not sleazy like them.

Purchased a bathroom vanity for my new home, the salesperson advised me to double check my measurements and take a day to decide on the colour I wanted. Excellent advice! I gave more precise measurements and now it looks like a custom piece it fits so well into the space. I also bought tile from them for my kitchen backsplash and found that they had the best selection of tile than most other places I checked. I wanted something with grey, black, and beige and was able to find the perfect tile to unify the space. The order came in as scheduled with no surprises. Great experience.
