we needed a fridge that would accommodate a custom size for our kitchen. We went to a number of different appliance vendors and found the people at trail to be the least enthused or helpful in the selection process. The salesman was more interested in up selling to larger and more expensive model, even though we clearly stated that we had space limitations. The pricing was not as competitive as other vendors we spoke with, but the before sales support was lacking, which made me only imagine what it could be like after they have your money. In all fairness, it may have been the particular salesman, but never the less a poor ambassador for the company

We bought a range hood for our kitchen Reno that as it turned out had to be returned because it didn't fit the design and the space. We purchased the first one on sale, however there wasn't a sale when we exchanged it. The sales mgr. gave us the second hood at the builders' price. Good prices and knowledgable sales staff.

salesperson knew their product very well; explained the pros and cons of the three types of fridges we were gonna choose from; recommended we get a larger hood fan than size of the range in order to cover more area

I purchesed a washer dryer combo on June 10. Today is July 19 and I have loads of laundry wet and dirty..need I say more. I have made several calls and talked to many people and have had extremely poor service. I would never recommend Trail Appliances. Before purchasing confirm what the process will be if you receive a faulty appliance. Trail refers you to the manufacturer and does not replace the machine as other retailers do. A complete nightmare

After comparing with Coast and Future Shop, we decided on Trail Appliances for many reasons: - Variety of brands (Coast did not carry KitchenAid) - Price - Attention to the client - they were the only ones that called us around Boxing Week to advise us of the great deals they were having - Knowledgeable staff - Thank you Carlo Palotto. You were helpful, not pushy, and answered all my questions after many many visits to the store. - Delivery guys were pleasant and friendly as well. Clean and easy to communicate with.

Time to buy a replacement microwave combo range hood because my less than 5 years old one just recently died. Too expensive to replace the magnetron and didn't want to waste more money on a costly electrician. The Trail Appliances on Rupert Street is new, the service immediate and friendly. Got a great deal on a new microwave combo and went with a much more reliable brand. The staff are very knowledgable and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. Arranged the replacement date in a week's time, and they will take away the old one and install the new one.

I bought a fridge, dryer, washer and stove. They delivered exactly on time as part of our renovation and went the extra mile by changing my fridge door from left to right after they delivered at no extra charge. They removed all they old appliances and gave me a discount for that as well. The delivery people would not even take a tip when i offered for all their hard work. I recommend them a lot of friends.
