From the inspection Adam did to the work Henry and his team did, it was a great process. Top Hat's team showed up on-time, removed the chimney as discussed, capped the inside and cleaned up after themselves. The bill was exactly as promised, no surprises. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

Top Hat was very accommodating and professional when it came to arranging my chimney cleaning, and the appointment went very smoothly, with absolutely no sign of any mess. They noticed some issues with my fireplace and recommended some repairs, which they provided a free quote for. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs to have a chimney cleaning done or needs any chimney repair.

Would like to thank Adam and his team for a job well done. Needed chimney repair as bricks were spalling due to years of freeze and thaw cycles. Top ten layers of bricks were replaced as well as the concrete cap. All work was completed in less than a day with no inconvenience to myself or my neighbour. Area was cleaned up so I didn't even notice they were there. Would definitely recommend.
