We called thermobilt windows from the internet. As a new customer we were never reffered to them, but would like to refer them to anyone reading this. We did our homework on the internet including checking this site and were quite happy and pleased with the installation of our new basement windows. The quality and price were good too. I'd get more windows done from them in the future.

I had Thermo-bilt windows install a new front door at my home. The old one was there from the original builder and was pretty worn out i found the sales staff and service staff especially Stan to be very polite courteous and professional. Terrible customer service by office and service people. The noise level from outside is worst that it has ever been. my old windows were much better. They only care to sell you windows then tell you to contact CMHC and your warranty does not matter. I would advise to stay clear of this Co.

This client had a question about condensation on the windows and the noise level. We addressed your concerns ASAP. We even triple checked it sending not just the owner of Thermo-Bilt but also the owner of the factory to ensure the installation was done correctly, after the installer who did the first service call didn't find anything wrong. The concerns about condensation are not a warranty issue and is a standard concern with all types of windows. The government is aware of this and that is why we gave you the website where you can get more information on how to address this concern. We intended this to be helpful and are sorry that you feel we were not heading your concerns. Regarding the noise it should be noted that you are located a few meters away from the main highway. After triple checking our installation we couldn't find any problems, unfortunately there is noise that can be heard since the windows are not completely sound proof. We are sorry we can't be of more help and wish you all the best.

We called several places, and chose Thermo-Bilt. Thermo-Bilt was not the cheapest or most expensive, but they were the most professional people we dealt with. They came, discussed our options and worked well within our budget with amazing quality results. When they came and did the job, they were quick, and even after the job was done they cleaned up every little bit of mess they made. We were really impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this company and would highly recommend them to anyone if asked.

To whom it may concern I would like to commend you on your excellent product and efficient installation team. They did a great job and were on time and work all day and made sure that everything was clean before they left. I really appreciated to professionalism from the sales quote right down to the clean up at the end of the job. They even looked over the laneway for left over screws and any missed garbage. I needed a Bay style window replacement prematurely due to shoddy workmanship and quality. Thermo-bilt windows was recommended to me by a friend and I couldn't have been happier. They were professional, punctual and their workmanship was top notch. The job they did for me was excellent and I would recommend them with absolutely no reservations.
