Dan is a very knowledgeable fellow. He opened a wall to find the spot where water was leaking and closed it up when the repair was done. Very organized and kind.

Dan is great to work with. He has excellent skills and the temperament to take direction on if a given job should be completed quickly or if it's worth it to take his time and produce the highest quality results. We started using Dan to fix a few small things but we quickly realized that his work was an excellent value. We hired him to consult on larger jobs and were impressed at how he would give us clear options to do a quick and dirty job where it didn't matter and to spend more time when quality was key. His work is uniformly excellent and working with him to understand our options and scheduling him couldn't be easier. We sleep better at night knowing that when something breaks in our century home (and we know it will) we can Dan and get it fixed for a great price. His work is quality and he is reliable and patient. What more can you ask for?

Dan is very skilled and can address a wide variety of home projects. He's very professional, was always punctual, was easy to follow-up with, and was a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend him.

Dan knew that we were under time-pressure to get this small job completed so he fitted it into his schedule and did it in a professional and timely manner. |He also made a suggestion about how to quickly fix the loose door handle, something that I had overlooked. . Dan was recommended by a friend and I will in turn definitely recommend him to others. He will be coming back to do many more jobs for us.

Had a great experience with Dan! He was prompt, efficient, friendly and clean. He tackled my list easily and repaired some plaster, did some small roof repairs, hung a chandelier, and built a screen door for me in addition to a few other small jobs. I will use him again and would recommend him without hesitation!

i have to write this review right after Dan left, he is punctual, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. His work is excellent, price is super reasonable, but the most important thing is he is a good person, ya know how hard to find a decent contractor or handyman nowadays, We already prepare for our next project that we spoke with Dan today b4 he left, unfortunately Dan is no longer serving Toronto, and he said Frank is the man will do the work. We had Frank come to do a few small repairs around our house. He arrived a few minutes early. The work we had done was replacing some electrical switches, filling in spots that needed to be covered with drywall, and installing a new dryer vent and vent cover. Frank worked diligently and knowledgeably at all of it. Everything was done to our satisfaction, quickly, and well. I would highly recommend The Handyman Dan, and Frank, to all who need household repair work done.

Dan the Handyman has done several projects for us, including building a wall & some built-ins, painting, plumbing, electrical, interior and exterior etc. He is not only professional, but he is also creative, helping us figure out cost-effective solutions for our home. There's a reason Dan is booked solid several months out. He is the best Handyman we can imagine.

We hired Dan to rebuild a front porch and fix odd things around the house before we sold. He was able to build a fantastic porch talking design style from the two decks on the back of the house.
