Had a great experience with Dan! He was prompt, efficient, friendly and clean. He tackled my list easily and repaired some plaster, did some small roof repairs, hung a chandelier, and built a screen door for me in addition to a few other small jobs. I will use him again and would recommend him without hesitation!

i have to write this review right after Dan left, he is punctual, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. His work is excellent, price is super reasonable, but the most important thing is he is a good person, ya know how hard to find a decent contractor or handyman nowadays, We already prepare for our next project that we spoke with Dan today b4 he left, unfortunately Dan is no longer serving Toronto, and he said Frank is the man will do the work. We had Frank come to do a few small repairs around our house. He arrived a few minutes early. The work we had done was replacing some electrical switches, filling in spots that needed to be covered with drywall, and installing a new dryer vent and vent cover. Frank worked diligently and knowledgeably at all of it. Everything was done to our satisfaction, quickly, and well. I would highly recommend The Handyman Dan, and Frank, to all who need household repair work done.

Dan the Handyman has done several projects for us, including building a wall & some built-ins, painting, plumbing, electrical, interior and exterior etc. He is not only professional, but he is also creative, helping us figure out cost-effective solutions for our home. There's a reason Dan is booked solid several months out. He is the best Handyman we can imagine.

We hired Dan to rebuild a front porch and fix odd things around the house before we sold. He was able to build a fantastic porch talking design style from the two decks on the back of the house. It was Handyman Frank who came to work on various projects around our house. He arrived a few minutes early (a pleasant surprise!) and stayed a little later than planned to get the job done. He not only completed all of our projects, but they were done properly. He was efficient and pleasant to work with. I would definitely call Frank (or Dan, whom we have used in the past) again!

After a previously scheduled handyman stood my tenants & I up on a Saturday, I scheduled Dan. He not only showed promptly on the scheduled day, but made sure every repair on our to-do-list was completed properly. He works quickly, and efficiently with a pleasantly reassuring demeanor. In Feb 2011 we hired The Handyman Dan for several jobs in our house that included to replace Bathrooms fan, replace Bathrooms sink with faucet, replace Kitchen sink with faucet, remove old mirror and prepare wall for new mirror in one bathroom, fixed moving hardwood floor in one bedroom. Frank did awesome job, he is very friendly and professional also the price for this job is very reasonable compare to other handyman service, no doubt that we will continue to call Handyman Dan for all jobs in the future. They are A+++++++.

Dan came in and listened to our needs and gave us options. He recognized that we wanted a comfortable basement to enjoy without spending $20,000.00 He laid a new floor, hung new doors, removed and replaced damaged drywall, installed a walk-up bar with cabinetry and backsplash, and created a beautiful wainscoting look to the lower half of the walls. When we had unexpected electrical issues, he worked with our electrican to come up with a solution to save us money. When I mentioned that I was considering more extensive work in another room, he reminded me that I shouldn't go over budget and that I can always have a "phase 2" to the project. Dan was always profesional, courteous and reliable. He made sure that we understood what he was doing and why. I'm still in awe every time I go downstairs and consider myself fortunate that I came to find Dan on this website.
