Fred from Speedy Dry and Soft Services (416-908-2512) was extremely helpful and a hard worker.
Jason Marks in North Yorkemergency flood clean up 2 weeks ago my basement was flooded with sewage water caused by a back up and a large rain storm. Fred, the owner was here within 1 hour after being called. He drained the sewage and disinfected the whole basement and arranged for the pick up of the soaked materials, including dry wall and insulation.

Fred was Great
Andrea in AjaxCarpet Cleaning My Tax office is over five years old and the carpet is well worn and was in great need of some high quality cleaning. Fred from Soft Surfaces was recommended to me, I was totally and completely amazed at the end results. Fred to the rescue!
sandra knowles in Scarboroughupholstery cleaning Tough bike grease stain on custom piece of furniture. My personal attempt to clean it only made it worse. Given we use the bench daily, Fred responded promptly to the challenge and in no time our bench looked like it had never been smeared. Thank you Fred!!

Fred got them clean again
Ann in North Yorkcarpet cleaning Eleven years with a Golden Retreiver wreaks havoc on cream carpets: skin oils, dirt and most recently blood from her illness. Fred came to take a look and thought it was worth the effort. It was! Fred came promptly on the date/time arranged, put on his cute blue plastic shoe covers and proceeded, with his colleage, to make most of the unsightly stains disappear. (Carpet's just drying as I write but expect it will look better tomorrow). The crew is very polite and three bedrooms and hall went fast. No mess, no muss, no offensive smell of harsh chemicals. Fred explains everything and gave tips on how to keep carpets cleaner (what not to do when stains appear). Most helpful. Thanks, Fred.

Frederick Alleyne was exceptional
Rev. Jeune Johnson in ScarboroughCarpet cleaning I was very please with the quality of work done on the carpet at our Church. The carpet was originally stained and now it is very clean and all the stains have disappered.
I would recommend this Company to anyone who is looking for someone who will clean their carpet in a professional manner.

Fred Alleyne has exceptional customer service skills!
Joanne Martin in Scarboroughbroadloom cleaning for condo sale I set a date and time for Soft Surfaces to do my carpets on a Monday. On Sunday night I phoned to re-schedule for one week later due to illness.
Fred followed up in the morning on the new date to make sure I was well enough to continue as planned.He went into every corner and took the time to make sure his estimate was accepted prior to starting the job.
The carpeting looks great! This is my second experience with this company and I am very pleased to express that to anyone who is interested. I have already given his card to my Real Estate Agent. She is as impressed with the results as I am.

Professional, fast and nice person
French Connection in MississaugaCleaning carpet We had our carpet stretched in the morning by Victorious Carpet - once they were done, they knew I booked Soft Surfaces & Fred for 1PM.. so Marc decided to call Fred and said, we're done, come whenever you can... So Fred, arrived almost an hour earlier than expected with a million dollar smile. He even helped me to move the remains of the furniture and did the cleaning job in less than one hour... I mean WOW... What else can you say ??? The job was nicely done, the carpet smelled so good and looked just like brand new... We will definitely hire Fred again in the future...

Fred the Carpet Man is fantastic!
Lorraine in ScarboroughCarpets & Upholstery Cleaning for complete home (1400 sq ft) Punctual, Neat, Courteous, Reliable, Helpful, Thorough, and Knowledgeable are all words that describe this company. This is the second time I have used them and would recommend them to anyone for any job whether home, office or industrial cleaning. Their pricing is reasonable and when they leave, the carpets, etc. are truly clean. Just ask for Fred!!!!

Soft Surfaces - excellent work!
EJ in the Beachcarpet cleaning Soft Surfaces did an excellent job cleaning some very dirty carpets in our home. Fred Alleyne was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He was flexible when we had to change the time and he was punctual for the actual appointment. I will use his services again and will highly recommend him.
