Great Job

Carpet cleaning Had major problem with carpet due to roof leakage. Called, booked appointment, they came on time, quoted me (very reasonable quote), came back, did an amazing job in a very short time.

Wow, what service

Carpet Cleaning I had an unexpected need to have my carpets cleaned and called my usual guy and as he was last year around this time, (likes to go south in the winter) I was referred onto Soft Surfaces. Fred responded immediately and we arranged to have this done very quickly. He and his crew arrived on time with a phone call the day of to confirm everything. They wore slip on foot covers to protect my other surfaces and proceeded to move and clean carpets in the areas I requested. They were quick, professional, and timely, everything was perfect. I would refer them in a heart beat.

Very Happy

Upholstry Cleaning We had Soft Surfaces come by today to clean our sofa, loveseat and chair, they also cleaned the carpet in our daughters room. They were clean, courteous and did an excellent job. I will definately use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Soft Surfaces transformed our home!

floor cleaning The home that we were renovating was old and we wondered whether we would have to replace the old tiled floors. The wonderful guys from Soft Surfaces assured us that they would make the floors look like new; and they were right! The transformation was remarkable. And not only did they save us huge amounts of time, money and the bother of tearing up old tiles and laying new ones, but they were a pleasure to have in the house - so pleasant and professional. We will certainly use them whenever the need arises, and recommend them wholeheartedly to our friends!

Awesome Job!

Carpet Cleaning I found this company on the internet & after reading reviews on Homestars I decided to give them a try. Best decision ever! Fred & his crew were quick, professional,(uniformed) & reasonably priced.After my initial call Fred got back to me immediately We have a new puppy & had some accident stains on the carpet which are gone! Thank-you for a terrific job, Fred. I will definitely use this company again!

Friendly, professional service

Sort Services is the Best Around!!!

Carpet Cleaning Fred & his crew arrived right on time, walked through our home with us and gave us an exact idea of what needed to be done to our carpets. They got right to work and in a professional and courteous manner, in no time at all, got our 12 year old carpets cleaned better than ever anticipated. We couldn't be more happy with the job they did. They were efficient and detail oriented. We will highly recommend Soft Surfaces to friends and family. You will never meet a nicer guy than Fred!!

Exceptional Service & Quality Work

Carpet Cleaning (2 Stairs, 2 Bedrooms, Hallway and Basement) We've been putting off cleaning our carpets for almost a year since we moved into our new home as we've been hesitant to hire someone who may be "less than experienced" to clean our new zealand lambswool carpets (afraid they might shrink!). I was pleased to discover Fred from Soft Surfaces on HomeStars, liked what I saw with his stellar reviews and thought we'd give him a try. I was instantly comforted by his customer-oriented reception over the phone and felt even better about booking him as a result. I'm happy to report that we were more than pleased with Fred - he's truly "the nice guy"! He doesn't oversell or recommend things you don't need... he just does a great job cleaning your carpets (even your pricey wool ones) and answers your questions openly and honestly. He's 100% clear about his prices up front so there's no messing around when it comes to pay. In addition, Fred clearly paid attention to details by ensuring he wore booties over his shoes and laid mats to protect our floors from his equipment - it's always these little things I notice, but are really important to me as a customer. We'll absolutely be calling Soft Surfaces again for our future floor cleaning needs and won't hesitate to recommend him to our family/friends. Thanks so much for a easy experience, Fred!

Thorough and careful...

Rug and upholstery cleaning I have had a lot of different carpet cleaners over the years, but without a doubt, soft surfaces has been the best ever. I was impressed with how thorough and careful they were, did not hurry in and hurry out like most others I have had.

Fred took the time to explain things, discussed various ideas. I had a question about whether our hall tiles needed their tile and grout cleaning, and was amazed when Fred said that not really, the grout line was very small and we probably would not notice a huge difference after spending the money, so save the money. Wow! Such honesty and integrity I do not see very often. Most others would have said sure, clean them, I'll take your money, no problem.

And the results of the carpet and upholstery cleaning that they did was really nice, work well done. In summary my entire experience dealing with Soft Surfaces was so exceptional, I give them my highest recommendation.

Highly recommended!

Carpet cleaning We had the carpets cleaned for 4 rooms, a set of stairs and the upstairs hallway. Fred did a wonderful job with cleaning the carpets, was very efficent and all for a great price. In addition, he was professional, courteous and friendly. What a pleasure he was to deal with. We highly recommend him!
