My first (and last) Sleep Country purchase has been a disaster. I bought a Simmons Beautyrest King mattress set in 2010, and it has sagged deeper and deeper as the months go by (and I'm not obese!). My physiotherapist claims that, since I have a sore back in the morning when I wake up, it's most likely a mattress problem. They sent over a serviceman, who agreeing it was sagging, but managed to find a mild stain smaller than a dime. Then he proclaimed they can't take back anything with a stain. It might have even been there when I bought it, as you practically need a magnifying glass to see it. Here's the kicker: if the mattress is defective, why do they even care if there's a stain? Maybe it's because they're going to pawn it off on another unsuspecting customer as new product... Anyways, I will never go back as long as I live, and recommend you don't either.

Bought a new mattress and it is wonderful. Sales associate explained the pros and cons of the different firmness that can be found in a mattress. Very patient in explaining mattresses and helping us keep track of price.

We were very pleased with the service we received at the store. We wanted to upgrade from a Double to a Queen mattress and the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He also gave us a great deal. We wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again.

Salesperson was super friendly and helpful in getting me and my friend the best deal possible on the mattresses we were interested in. Ran into a slight problem when he told me the wrong delivery date, but he worked quickly to resolve it - and even waived the delivery rescheduling fee that I was supposed to be charged. I could not believe how helpful the staff were. I had heard from a co-worker that all of the staff were specially trained and informed about matresses. The detail that the sales person went into was unbelievable, I was very impressed with the level of knowledge.

I purchased a new queen set for our master bedroom reno. The staff at the High Park store were knowledgable, did not pressure us and really seemed concerned that we were getting the best mattress set for us. One of them suggested that no matter what kind of rehab i was doing, I needed a good night's sleep. I looked up reputable mattress dealers and came across Sleep Country Canada. I told them my problem and asked them their expert opinion. They were super helpful and gave me a great deal on a therapeutic mattress! For the next few weeks I slept like a baby and lo-and-behold my back feels so much better!

I went to Sleep Country to upgrade from a Double to Queen bed and I wanted the same mattresses I had purchased from them a few years back. The sales guy was helpful and looked up the model and found the closest product they had in store. I had to push back delivery a few times as I was getting a new condo and they were very accommodating.

was looking for a good deal. didnt wanna pay full price. found a mix and match deal as seen on tv. was a good deal. but may have gotten a better deal at the BAY outlet at woodbine mall. but the service here was great
