I recently moved into an older house that desperately needed some work done on it. The bathroom was the worst, so we started with that. We were recommended to this company by some friends and are extremely happy with the end result. Great staff, too. Will definitely be back!

I must say that Servisol is a very professional renovation company. I would higherly recommend them. They were corteous, on time and very friendly each time we called to have something done at our house. We had many projects that needed completion and we were very happy with the work done by George and his team. The work was done quickly and the quality of the work was great. Would recommend.

We have used Servisol for many years, but had never done a major renovation. We have been completely happy with all the work done by George and his team. We were particularly pleased with their flexibility during construction, by the attention to detail by the workmen, the cost and the final product. The work included removing 2 walls and installing 3 support beams, rewiring the whole house, gutting two bathrooms and the kitchen, finishing and heating part of the basement, installing a very modern European style bathroom, painting the exterior and complete interior, refinishing all the floors, building a large closet in the master bedroom and many other smaller jobs. We wanted to update the house but maintain the character so much of the work involved protecting or modernizing existing features and found the team to be very helpful with their ideas on options. We had regular communications throughout the job and that helped to make the job go smoothly as there were other trades also on the job. We highly recommend their work and will be using them again next year for some outside work we would like to do.

After noticing a leak from our (admittedly very ugly) upstairs family bathroom in our 100 year old home, we knew it was time for a full renovation. We received 3 quotes from various contractors - Servisol's quote was right in the middle range of cost, but we went with Servisol because they seemed very knowledgeable, experienced and trustworthy...and this remained true! The primary serviceman on-site was Sean and he was excellent; he accommodated middle-of-the job changes (on our part!) and had great attention to detail with every aspect of the job.There were some supply issues (namely in regard to a glass panel) - we know this is probably inevitable in any job but the way George/Sean handled this issues was excellent and very reassuring. At all times, we had easy and reliable access to George; we would call and issues would be dealt with promptly (even coming out at night if needed); this is really important with a reno and probably one of the most impressive parts of Servisol. You really 'get' that they care about the job. In the end, the job went over about 1 week and come in ON-QUOTE. Our bathroom looks beautiful and the leaks are history! . We intend to use Servisol for future projects in our home and would highly recommend them.

I found Servisol on Homestars and invited them to quote on a project to replace the bathroom window and frame it with marble. My house was built in 1950 and had a window in the shower area which had rotted due to the water from the shower. Servisol provided a reasonable quote and I signed the contract on May 3, 2010 hoping to beat the HST which as you recall, took effect on July 1. Little did I know what I was in for. The project was not finished until April 21, 2011 – almost a full year later! Despite the poor project management and constant delays, the work was completed exceptionally well by their tradesman, Sean. Sean is the only reason that I am giving any stars at all to Servisol in this review. I do not recommend Servisol for any project that you considering unless you don’t care when or if it will be completed.

Thank you for the efficient work capping off our old bar sink and repairing our water tap with the help of city workers. The city took quite a long time to show up and your patience waiting for them was very appreciated.

We recently had our 1950's powder room totally renovated. From demo to completion the work was done with care and attention to detail. Eugene was great in suggesting different products, as well as suggesting different ways to do a particular task, so that we could select which was best for us. He would often stop on way to or from the job, to pick up various product choices so we could see them to make an informed decision. This is not our first time with Servisol. Each experience was great, and we could recommend them.

Request for a quote was answered promptly, work started and finished on a timely basis notwithstanding unexpected discoveries once the ceiling was opened. Changes required in mid-project were reasonably priced and quickly addressed by brining in their own trades. Work debris was contained and carefully removed from the site and the room was left very clean. We have used Servisol on a number of occasions and they remain at the top of our list for work around our house.
