    Thorough and Prompt

    Safety reno for home with disabled family member We needed to make some modifications to our home due to our special needs child. Bruce and his team listened closely to what our requirements were and devised the best solution to maximize safety, maintain aesthetics and keep costs within reason.

    I am more than thrilled with their workmanship and business savy. I would recommend them to any family.

    Lighting, Bathroom, Plumbing, Repair Bruce Maisels, and all of his team members, are professional, conscientious, capable and trustworthy. I have hired Servisol numerous times over many years. Bruce never undertakes a project unless his organization is expertly qualified, and Bruce never exceeds his Estimates.

    Extremely well-managed company

    Bathroom renovation I had some home renovations done and used various contractors for the different jobs. Servisol is the only contractor that I would use again without hesitation. I was given an accurate and reasonable quote and kept apprised of all developments as the work was carried out. Bruce Maisels answered all of my inquries on a timely basis. The quality of the work was excellent. I trust this company implicitly.

    Servisol Provides Excellent Service

    kitchen, bathroom and basements repairs/renovations I live in an older home and there is always something that needs fixing, renovating or generally repairing. I have used Servisol for all of these services and projects for over 10 years and the work they provide has always been excellent. Their quotes are accurate and the work is done exactly as outlined. All the jobs Servisol has completed for me, from very small to large, have been excellent and stood the test of time

    Servisol Provides Great Service and Value

    Main Bathroom Renovation Facing a bathroom reno (due to water damage and termites) that was too extensive for me to tackle alone, I did some research and ended up deciding to go with Servisol.

    Bruce and the team chosen to work on my project were polite, explained anything I didn't understand, gave me options where possible, and all showed up on time. Bruce was fair with his pricing, and I'm very happy that I didn't go with a cheaper quote. Sean, Mohammed, and Marcel are all highly skilled tradesmen and I'm very happy with the quality of their work.

    The work encompassed demolition, rebuilding the subfloor, installing an in-floor heating mat, cement board, drywall repairs, rewiring lighting and outlets, framing and finishing a new window, installing a new tub, double-sink vanity, toilet and fixtures.

    I wanted to do the tiling myself so Sean gave me great tips on how to do a good job. My tiling isn't nearly as good as Sean's so next time I'll let him do it.

    I have already recommended Servisol to my mother and will definitely use them in the future. Thanks everyone for a great job!

    Try to make as many decisions as possible regarding your project before meeting with a contractor so that your quote is tailored to your exact needs but be open if a better option is suggested. Do research upfront so you know a bit about the subject and can ask good questions.

    tiling of wall in kitchen A tricky job, wonderfully executed. I"ve had nothing but compliments. Mark showed up on time, was incredibly neat and petted the dog. I've used Servisol for over 30 years now, and I've never been anything but delighted.

    Servisol work was excellent quality

    bathroom renovation, painting Bruce was very helpful with suggestions for installing a new vanity in an odd-shaped space, and it has turned out well. His workers were on time and professional. Mark did the cabinet work, and the plumber and painter followed, with equally good work. I have used Servisol for quite a few years now, and would highly recommend them to anyone needing work done in their home.

    Gianni was excellent

    Water Damage Repairs to closets and hallway ceiling Bruce came and did an assessment and provided a fair quote to repair the damage caused by a roof leak to the bedroom closets and hallway ceiling. He had the most practical approach making the most sense and took the time to explain the process and was patient with the many questions I had. Gianni was the drywall/painter assigned to do the work. He was exceptional in his workmanship and also patient with my questions/concerns. I was very impressed with the final result and appreciated the clean up during and after the work. I am very pleased with Bruce and his team. I would not hesitate to contact them again.

    servisol met all expectations

    home repairs. painting, carpentry, plumbing great company. very helpful, efficient, quick on their feet, smart.
    like someone else mentioned, not the cheapest in town but not the most expensive either, and you get good value for the money. i don't want to work with someone where i "save" some dollars only to have to spend them a year later repairing shoddy work. servisol did great work and did it quickly.

    Removed all old material immediately and on site management.
