Rusco installed a porch enclosure for us. The design is perfect and enhances the appearance of our home. I am extremely happy with the results. The quality of the product is excellent, workmanship is good. There were a few minor issues, but they were resolved. I'm sure that if anything else were to crop up, a phone call to Rustco will fix it quickly. Thank you, Israel and Laura for all your good work.

We had been looking for a new awning for our newly renovated front porch doorway. We had obtained a very reasonable quote from Rusco and the awning was installed promptly and beautifully. This was exactly what we needed ! Thanks! Thanks to Laura for all of your help too !

We had been researching sunrooms for about a year and had received a few quotes. Not being satisfied, we checked Homestars and found Rusco Distributors. Jonathan was very organized and thorough. He answered our questions and made valuable suggestions. The price was reasonable. The work was done promptly. The worksite was kept clean. A job well done.

We had to wait 7 months for the door we ordered to arrive. A long time in my opinion. Call backs were infrequent from the vendor. Well we finally received the door after 7 months of waiting. I have been asked by the vendor to remove this review, however I do not believe it would be in the best interest of otherrs to do so. That said the new door is quite nice with a few minor installation details to be cleaned up, such as a high threshold and the latch sticking. There were problems with the lock as we reused are old hardware. Eventually this was more or less fixed yesterday. However after the service man left I found a piece of the internals of the lock on the carpet by the front door. It looks like a piece was broken off to make the lock work. It does seem to work but I am a little worried about the performance of the lock over time.

Our carport was installed on time, by two very skilled men, after receiving excellent suggestions from Israel, such as using a transparent panel over the window. I would recommend using this company to any of my friends. They were recommnded to us by a neighbour.

After the big downpours in the summer of 2012, It was clear that I needed to cover the door to my basement with a canopy. At first, I was going to go with an aluminum canopy to match the ones over my back windows. However, when Rusco looked at my house, they suggested a clear canopy because it would have to cover two windows in a shady side of the house. The clear canopy is absolutely lovely and goes well with my Edwardian clapboard house. The light still shines through my dining room window and the south window in my kitchen. The canopy's clear material is a polycarbonite and did very well in the fairly heavy rain the day after it was installed. Rusco's front office is very nice to deal with -- I am hard to get during business hours and this was not a problem. My canopy was installed very well with an excellent clean up.

The project manager visited our home and I told him what I wanted. He was very clear about what we needed and where our money would be better spent - a very no-nonsense approach. His tradesmen showed up on time every day, did the work and cleaned up before they left. They always put in a full day's work and they never wasted time. Very skilled people and totally professional. It was a pleasure dealing with the foreman, the trades people and their head office. If only other reno projects would go so smoothly! Leaky eavestrough at the seal joint (after a rainstorm) was fixed immediately. Great value and completely satsifying experience. Hire these people - they are very good.

We hired Rusco to replace a four season sunroom at the back of our house. We found Israel to be very courteous, knowledgeable; he didn't pressure us into buying or replacing stuff that didn't need to. During the "design phase" we went numerous times to Rusco showroom, every single time Israel made sure we understand what is being built and how. Pictures, drawings, literature etc, everything we asked for we were provided with. Demolition of the old sunroom and construction took about 10 days, on and off weather permitting. The staff was polite and professional and at the end they cleaned up completely. The project didn't go unchallenged, however all the issues have been addressed quickly. Already recommended Rusco to friends and I would not hesitate to use Rusco again.

My husband and I recently moved into an older home which had a very old aluminium awning over the front doors., We contacted Rusco Distributors, and they were very prompt in responding. A very nice gentleman called, explained everything, and we made a choice right there and then. We chose a lovely green awning to match the roof, and it has certainly given the house a real boost. The awning looks smart and solid, the colour is great and we were especially pleased with the installers who had it up in no time. Rusco's estimate for delivery was also right on time. We are very happy with the choice we have made, and when we are able, will be contacting this company again. We are very happy to recommend their products.

Trust - where 30,000 home owners have trusted us with their most valuable possession. In some older parts of Toronto we did work in one of seven houses on the street.
Longevity – we have been around since 1948 – the longest serving company in town. True, it does not mean that will still be here in 50 years, but chances are.
Consistency – we do not advertise. All our work is generated trough either repeat or word of mouth - so we need to do it right.
Quality - we don’t offer second best or almost best, and we work by the book. We are not the cheapest in town, and we long came to grips with it. We want your business now and again in ten years, and we also want your friends, so we do our best to earn it.
Service – is how we will describe what makes us different, in one word. Our service is second to none – and that’s another reason why we now serve the 3rd generation of home owners.
Knowledge – we know what we do. It does not sound like much, but in the land of the blind a man with one eye is king.

You may have not heard about us, but chances are your neighbours or your friends did, and in the professional circles we are the best known and trusted name. As said above, we do not advertise, and prefer investing instead in our long term service. This was good to us in the past 60 years, so we see no reason to change.
