Royal Moving & Storage Inc

I shipped my belongings from Dubai and this is the company that should finish all the customs and deliver to our house .the shipment has arrived in Canada for 2 weeks and still don't even know when I will receive it. The company hasn't made any communication with us for the whole 2 weeks unless we call!!
The worst service ever

April-moving service was ok except the guys (specially the leader) was too rude and lacked common courtesy. They also disappeared in the afternoon for coffee and we're untraceable for an hour, all this while I m being billed. Would never use them again.

Crew took great care protecting the furniture, no request was turned down. Fragile furniture was taken apart for the move, and reassembled with care. They were fast and extremely efficient.
