I purchased a storm door from Rona and used them for the installation. They were very helpful in-store with the selection of the door and explained the process of getting the install done. On install day John arrived and got to work immediately. The door looked good and all went well, however a few days later I noticed that the bottom of the door did not line up with the sill. There was a bit of a gap. I called the store and they sent the installer back immediately. He had to make a few minor adjustments and the door was fine. He apologized for not noticing that before he left the first time and said to call him again if anything else needed to be looked at. I didn't need to, but I was impressed with his professionalism.

Here's a fast project for about $125. Go to Rona and grab the interior door frieze capitals and pillasters. Easy to install and elegant. Since it's polyeurthane all you need is a hand saw and no more nails.

We approached Rona as we were re-working a small area of our front yard. Mike had many good suggestions as our yard has a lot of shade. He recommended shrubs as they were low maintenance with a few colourful annual. Our patch looks great. Thanks Mike!

I was renovating my kitchen. I found out that prices in Rona were much better than in other stores. As specially, I niticce that counter top is twice chipper, than in Home depot. I didn't want to replace all cabinets because it is too expensive. My solution was to change only doors. I was very saticfied!

Great store....recommend!! Many items to choose from and the prices are quite reasonable. No compalints about this store. Recommend to all!! Especially for kitchen interior renovations or anything else related to your house interior.

My visit to rona was very educational, the gentleman was able to help with my questions regarding new plumbing for my kitchen. The information was helpful. Our installation in the kitchen went quite a bit smoother, we were able to change faucet/sink with ease.

I visited the Rona store in order to find some additional items to improve my outdoor life and found that the physical condition of the store and the products was substandard. The store was a mess, dirty and very unkept while the products in the area I was searching were dirty, unorganized and simply unacceptable as new merchandise.

We needed custom size interior French doors and after shopping around, Rona not only had the best price but the best service! They worked through a lot of the wood and glass details with us until we got exactly what we needed.

BROUGHT CERAMIC TILES-HELP WAS GREAT-TOLD US HOW TO DO IT, CUT THEM, WHAT TO BUY, TRICKS ON MAKING IT LOOK GREAT AND HOW TO AVOID ANY CRACKS. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHECKING THEM OUT IF ARE GOING TO BUY CERAMIC TILES

Jerry, has great ideas for complete kitchen replacement down to the last detail including the accessories. He was very patient as we borrowed the cabinet sample to match the floor tiles and paint color with the silestone. We are doing our bathroom next and will work with Jerry again. Cost effective.
