Our kitchen countertop was Caesarstone and the finished product is stunning, however from the moment the installers from Prostone arrived things went badly. They chipped the edge of the counter when installing and had to return to repair and "buff" the chip out - this took days of requests and pleading. Then, when the counter continued to chip on the edge they refused to return, I had to contact CIOT directly and have them send their own technician who rounded the "too square" edge of the counter - a counter that the Prostone salesman had insisted would be durable, despite it's sharper edge. Finally, Prostone refused to come back when the amalgam in the single seam in the countertop disintegrate and it took days of arguing and accepting the abuse of "Girish" before they sent someone to fix it. I would have sourced another product had they insisted that the sharper edge was not durable - and I would NEVER have done business with them had I anticipated the utter lack of respect, service and courtesy.

Pro Stone is very professional in dealing with their clients. No surprises and delivers final product as stated in their contract. We are very satisfied with our new granite counter top, good workmanship.

We first visited the Pro Stone office in mid June '09 looking for a supplier for a granite countertop for a kitchen makeover. We were impressed with the granite selection at Pro Stone and appreciated being able to view full slabs instead of only small samples. Also we liked Pro Stone's use of thicker material than many other suppliers. Girish was helpful in our process of making a granite selection. Our countertop was installed in late July and we are pleased with the result. The installation was flawless and the fit was perfect. Our only concern with Pro Stone was the fact that we needed to follow up several times after initially signing our order in order to get in touch with their Templater and have him come to obtain measurements. Also on the morning Girish originally committed for installation their install team was a no-show. We had to phone Girish and he had to check internally to find out what was going on. The install team did end up coming later that same day and completed the install without issue. However we were left with the impression that they'd had a scheduling screw up internally and needed to fix their scheduling last minute. Overall however we're pleased with our pruchase and would recommend Pro Stone to others.

I would like to acknowledge the excellent service provided to us by Pro Stone recently when we had a granite kitchen countertop installed. Prior to our visit at Pro Stone, we had done some research so we were very pleased at the professional and friendly approach by the staff there. My husband and I would like to express our complete satisfaction in dealing with Girish who, not only gave us an education on granite, but was also very patient with us and offered many suggestions to ensure that we chose the right colour and style to suit our decor. In addition, he promptly kept us informed as the need arose. I would also like to add that Vinod and Lisa also made us feel very comfortable whenever we visited their office. The Plumber and installers also did an excellent job!!! I would recommend Pro Stone not only for the price but also certainly for endeavouring to make their customers satisfied.

We did an almost year long main floor renovation. There were numerous problems and slow downs along the way with various contractors. On the contrary, Pro Stone was one of the few trades that delivered what was originally promised. They were precise, professional and on time. We are extremely pleased with the final product. We would highly recommend Pro Stone.

We were extremely satisfied with everyone we dealt with at Pro Stone. There was plenty of products to choose from and Girish was very helpful in assisting us with our choice of granite for our countertop. The person who came to measure and the plumber who connected the sink were very professional, as were the installers who did an excellent job. We have now ordered another countertop for our bathroom vanity.

We couldn't be more pleased with the granite countertop and service provided by Prostone. Girish was excellent to deal with - patient during the selection process, quick to followup after the installation. They offered us the opportunity to pick the specific slab and determine which part of the slab would end up where. The measurements were taken using a computerized measuring device and saved to a USB stick (no paper templates here!) We were even able to specify where the seams would end up. The pricing was easy to understand and competitive. The final product was installed within 10 days, the seams were artfully done, and the installers were in and out in 3 hours. We shopped around a lot and originally thought we would do our kitchen counterops in Quartz (Silestone). After seeing the natural beauty of granite at Prostone's warehouse, we were sold on using granite. Girish provided us with valuable information, timely service, and a fair price. If you wish to go with 3 cm slab granite, Prostone has the best selection in town. From the choosing of the slab, to the measurement and installation of the countertop, everything was handled with professional, courteous service. The finished product is beautiful and I would recommend if you are shopping for granite check out Prostone and be sure to choose a company (like Prostone)that uses a CNC machine and digital measurement. You won't be disappointed with Prostone!

We searched for 8 years for a way to remodel our existing 1950's bathroom into a new and modern looking one. We found Pro Stone's shower system at the Toronto Home Show and immediately knew we had found what we were looking for. The shower system fits right into where the existing bathtub was. Their design is unique and functional. For our shower, we added in a marble slab on the ceiling which increased the cost by $500.00. Although there were a couple of hiccups during the installation, Sam and his team did everything to make sure the job was done to our satisfaction. Thanks so much.
