    Washing machine repair

    I was very happy with Ramin's service. Professional, knowledgeable , had the problem fixed quickly. Took the time to explain the problem and gave me helpful advice on washers & dryers. Would certainly request Ramin for future service

    Awful experience with the technician

    I have used Priority a number of times in the past for my appliances. The most recent visit was for my gas range where the igniter and burner both needed to be replaced. The technician Will didn't even need to do the diagnosis since he asked me right away along with an attitude, "what's wrong with it?", and simply confirmed where the problem was after I practically told him what I thought was causing it. The diagnosis for the dishwasher was also requested, and again he was rude when asking the same question "what's wrong with this one?". I have not met a Priority technician as ill-mannered and rude as Will. His attitude and response towards my comment afterwards was both scornful and condescending after telling me what I should have done to avoid a problem. I decided not to fix the gas range as intended after he quoted me another $2,100+ for parts, labour and taxes. All the parts cost about $1,000 and take less than a hour to fix. So the labour cost more than $1,100??

    Washing machine gasket repair

    This is the second time we have used Priority Appliance Services. The first time was for our refrigerator and this time for our front loading washing machine as the rubber gasket had broken and needed to be replaced. Both times the technician knew exactly what to do and made it clear that if there was a problem they would return and fix it at no cost. Per the phone quote - $198 for the service call, $230 labour (estimated on 1 hour to fix) and $199 for the part plus tax. Excellent but expensive service. I highly recommend them.

    Phone advice

    The company offered advice after doing some digging for a part. I am totally impressed with the friendly help and prompt reply . In the future, I will definitely use Priority for any needed repairs.

    Aging Gas Range - Working Now!

    This is my second review for Priority Appliance (Review 1 is on Google from 7 years ago) and my opinion of the service level of their technicians has not changed - I'm still impressed! Dominic visited our house today to service our gas range. He called first thing in the morning to give me a 2 hour window in which I could expect his arrival. He showed up at the appointed time and was polite and friendly. I had a number of problems with the aging range and he quickly diagnosed and fixed the issues, all the while keeping me informed of the parts he would use, and the cost of those parts. He also explained some options I could consider as the gas range is nearing its end of life. I felt extremely comfortable as to his level of knowledge and experience - I would not hesitate to recommend Priority Appliance should you require similar work to be done.

    Hood fan Repair

    An excellent job done by our trusted technician Ramin. This is the third time we requested Ramin to service our appliance repair. Ramin promptly identified the problem and replaced a new motor to our hood fan. He is detailed minded. He is cautious. He is very knowledgeable. He is really a professional. Many thanks for the big help from Ramin.

    Thermador all gas range, positive experience

    From start to finish outstanding service from Shawn the technician and Memo the call consultant. We used two other repair companies with poor results. Shawn fixed the range and had the parts on hand all within one visit. Highly recommend

    Repair of Viking double wall oven

    Ramin is a technician at Priority. I specifically asked for him when the control panel on our Viking wall oven failed. He serviced the unit and was advised by Viking technical support that the part requiring replacement was no longer available and I would have to buy a complete new oven set. Ramin was not satisfied with this answer and consulted a colleague who advised that a different circuit board was available and "might" work. Ramin returned and replaced this board and the oven worked. Without this initiative by Ramin we would have been forced to buy a new oven. Very professional service!

    repair range

    The service was great and timely. The technician--Ramin - explained everything and was very pleasant even though I missed our first scheduled appointment. And he fixed everything for a reasonable price. The only thing I don't like is the billing method. As usual there is a minimum to come to the appointment. However this doesn't cover any labour cost. This doesn't seem reasonable to me. I think the minimum fee should include some labour. The first 10 or 15 minutes
