Amazing job! Nestor provided outstanding customer service and quality workmanship throughout the project. Always pleasant and friendly, Nestor is clearly a seasoned professional whom we can highly recommend to anyone. He responded promptly, delivered a quote same day, and commenced work as promised. The painting job was done on time, on budget and at a reasonable cost. He and his team were very focused in executing a challenging refinish of extensive woodwork including a large number of kitchen cabinets, 2 vanities, 8 French doors, several other doors, baseboards, wainscotting in several rooms and in a 3-storey hallway/stairway, plus painting walls in the hallway and in several rooms and closets. They were very diligent with their work and ensured that everything was done right and cleanly. At the end of each day, Nestor gathered up all tools and paint cans, vacuumed the work area and left everything neatly tucked away. Most amazingly, Nestor always had time to explain what he was doing, why it was done and he even provided advice and actually helped with other home improvement work in the house, at no extra cost. When the job was complete, Nestor rechecked everything and made sure nothing was missed. We were very impressed and will definitely contract him again when the need arises. Excellent Job - on time at a reasonable price I rarely give ten star ratings (nobody's perfect) but this time I cannot find any fault with Premium for excellent work, done on time, exactly as we wanted. We had no problem contacting Nestor at any time and he even called us to say he might be a few minutes late (he wasn't). He made sure to match colours to our satisfaction, the painting was first-class and the clean-up was excellent. Our projects were a complete sand-down/re-stain of a deck and the restoration of a badly weathered verandah railing and stairs. Nestor found some rotten spots and permanently fixed them with "bondo" at no extra charge. We paid $1800 which included high quality paint and materials. This works out to about $90/hr for two workers - very reasonable we thought. Based on Nestor's reputation and his confident attitude, we accepted his estimate without seeking any other. We have some interior paint jobs next year and Nestor will be doing them.

Nestor Velez is not only a friend, but a person that I have hired now on several occasions. He does exemplary work in a very short amount of time. The latest job he did for me was very professionally done in a day and a half. The problem was solved and he made sure I was satisfied as he went along. In a repair such as this, where there was water damage to the paint, molding and stucco ceiling, I was afraid that it would not look like it did before. Well, I was quite surprised that unless you were aware of a problem existing there before, you wouldn't know there was any work done at all. It came out much better than I expected, and all along he had said it would look good, and it does. The price was more than competitive, and I didn't have to call a plumber in first and then a contractor. Nestor gave me a free appraisal, the plumber wanted a $100.00 just to show up. I highly recommend his services and i intend to keep his number handy in the future.

We now see why there are nothing but 10 star reviews for Premium Painting & Decor. Nestor was professional, helpful, and extremely friendly from the first time we talked to him. He gives an amazing first impression and really follows through. When he came to give the quote, he also helped us make some decisions that we were on the fence about. He has a great eye. The quote ended up being significantly less than our previous estimate. He was able to come back and do the work only a couple of days later. He works extremely quick and efficient, but careful at the same time. After each coat, he would bring us out to make sure that we were completely satisfied. We mentioned to him that we were going to replace our front light after he was done, and he offered to install it for us (refusing any additional payment for it). We were very satisfied with his work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him (in fact, my mother-in-law and HER mother-in-law are looking to use him in their future projects).

After a tenant moved out after seven years, the entire interior of the house not only had to be painted but it needed extensive preparation given the wear and tear that included dents and holes in walls. Nestor provided us with a solid quote and good advice about what needed to be done. We were really impressed with quality of his work. He went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. The job was done quickly, the work was high-quality and Nester gave us great customer service. We'll use Nestor again and recommend him to friends and family.

Nestor amd his team painted the exterior of our house and repaired rotting wood around the windows, where needed. All the painting and repairs were done professionally and on a timely basis. Each day Nestor took the time to review what he had done the previous day and what his plans were for the current day. When repairs were needed, he took the time to explain the problem and how he was going to fix it. Each day the team cleaned up any mess that was created. I have had exterior painting done several times during the 18 years that we have owned this house, and so far, this has been our best experience.

We used Premium Painting & Decor because of its high ratings and the fact that Nestor was used to working on old houses! He sanded down our old porch railings, painted them and stained our porch floor. Then he removed two crumbling plaster ceilings upstairs (one covered in ceiling tiles), put in new drywall, patched all the walls, and then painted our entire house interior. I knew from the moment I met Nestor that he would do a great job. He did extra things without charging us, like staining the baseboards in the dining room and putting new crown moulding in our living room. He is a meticulous, careful worker and completed all the work in the time frame he promised. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any painting work.

Nestor and his crew started and completed this project precisely when they said they would. We needed the third floor exterior to be painted. It was extremely difficult to reach but somehow they were able to complete the job with excellent results. The area was left clean and tidy every night. Great job. I hired Nestor to fix (patching and painting) a hole in the living room ceiling at my Mother's house in Riverdale. He did a great job and now the ceiling looks perfect again.
