Worst experience in my life. Poor work and even worse customer service from Albert owner of the store. We payed top $ almost $7000 for tiling our Master Washroom, quality and 5 years warranty, they don't stand by and since July 2012 till now NEW YEAR 2013, our washroom is not finished.Went to store 3 times see the owner. Nothing was done to fix problem till now.

In reviewing your project and speaking to all the personnel who were involved, i believe there is much more to the story than you have let on. Firstly, your job looks wonderful - there was nothing worng with the workmanship. You were concerned about the wall not being 100% straight, but i cna assure you, no wall is 100% straight. If you wanted to pay extra to have us re-drywall and level it, that could have been done, but not at the price you were quoted. You were also concerned about the blotchiness of the tile. Peel Tile did not provide the tile - you purchased it elsewhere. Furthermore, we did not seal the tile - you did that yourself, and as Mario, our installer, noted, you sealed in surface dirt / grout film. You needed to have cleaned the tiles thoroughly before sealing them. These issues, are therefore, not Peel Tile's responsibility. Moreover, your concern about the workmanship seems very much unsubstantiated when you attempt to procure Mario's services offline (unbeknownst to us) to do another project for you. I have a hard time believing you did not like his work if you are asking him to do more of it in your home. I know there was concern from your glass company about installing the shower door properly, but again that was a glass company you were procuring. Had you gone with our glass company, Doors and More, who gave you a quote at a highly reduced rate, there would not have been a problem, as Doors and More is a highly reputable and experienced operation and would not be insisting on a level wall in order to install. In summation, Albert DID assist you in trying to get a reduced rate form Doors and More, and he DID have Mario go back and look at any issues you wanted to talk about. Im sorry your feelings overall are that of dissatisfaction, but we believe your job came out great and the concern at this point is really unfounded. Once again i have had a great experience with Peel Tile, i had them do our Master bath and called them back to do the Main bath. We changed the tub to a walk-in shower and love it. We matched the tile from the Master to the Main and it looks great. Thanks to all at Peel Tile.

Peel Tile has completely unprofessional and unreasonable customer service. I started by bathroom renovation based on the timeline for product delivery that had been established. I was not informed that the vanity I ordered was on back order until my renovation was near completion . I only found this out after following up with them multiple times. Finally, the wrong vanity was delivered, but the company demanded I pay for it in full and they promised to they would deliver the correct product. I asked to withhold a small percentage of the balance owing so I could ensure they followed through on their promise. They were unwilling to allow this solution. I was left with no option, but to comply with their demands if I wanted to finish my bathroom and return my house to order. I will update this review if the company follows through on their promise to deliver the correct product.

In speaking with all the staff involved,though,I must say, this situation is a little more detailed than you have let on. Stephanie informed you right off the top that Ronbow was a new vanity manufacturer and we would not be able to quote lead times accurately yet. Moreover, when we did find out that your particualr vanity was on back order, ROnbow was more than happy to give you the one with the glass doors (an upgrade, in fact) to take with you, and then ship the proper doors once they were manufactured, and not even requiring the glass doors to be returned. We did not hold your order ransom, as Chris kindly gave you the option to cancel at any time for a FULL refund, if you were not satisfied with this alternative. Upon choosing to take the vanity with the glass doors, our staff can only be expected to charge you the full price of it, as an entire vanity is leaving our building. There is really no other professional way of doing business. We have printed out a receipt for you that shows you are entitled to free replacement doors once they become available. If you live in the mississauga or oakville area, I would be more than happy to drop them off for you, in order to save you a trip back to the store. I hope you can understand, we are at the mercy of what our manufacturers produce - we cannot change a back order issue. We did, however, as a meaasure of good customer serivce, make sure that you were not under the impression that you needed to keep the vanity on order, and that you could cancel at any time. That is really all we were able to do. Please let me know if there is anything else I can clarify for you...I am truly sorry that your overall experience was not a good one, but I can assure you, my staff was doing their very best.

They have a great selection of tile. The people who helped us out were very knowledgeable and nice. They answered all our questions. The installer took his time to do the job right and cleaned up his mess. The price is fair.

I have nothing but great things to say about Peel Tile. From Sarah who helped to design, price and pick out all of our tile and any questions we had. Mike who arranged the labor and found problems with our bathroom that may would have caused problems down the road. Steve that did a incredible job on the drywall and Bob who did the tile work and wasn't happy with the tile we got in the box from the manufacture and had it changed before he would install it. We are doing our main bathroom next and wouldn't think about using anyone else. Thank you for making this a pleasant experience.

i bought marble tiles for the kitchen and front entrance to bring the house together, the help was excellent, brought in a sample of counter top, wood from cabinets, wall colour and also the back splash tile and they helped me find the perfect tile.

Peel tile had many different tiles for kitchen floors and backsplash. Their service was fantastic and I was very please with my purchases. I would recommend them without a second thought.

Peel tile has an amazing selection of tiles for any need. I bought a beautiful mosaic tile for my backsplash at a very reasonable price. The staff was quite hands-off with me, but I didn't require a lot of help so I appreciated that I didn't have to deal with aggressive sales people. This may not be the place to go if you are looking for some hands on guidance with decorating decisions. They've also go a good selection of sale faucets. I bought my faucet at regular price, but it was the best value when compared to faucets at other stores.

Although I experienced a longer than expected delay on the delivery, I would still recommend Peel Tile to family and friends. I realize that the delay was no fault of Peel Tile, but the result of problems at the manufacturing end. All throughout, the staff remained professional, helpful, and accommodating.

From the first step into the showroom Peel Tile has exceeded my expectations. The design staff was knowledgeable and friendly and the workmanship was outstanding. Our bathroom looks beautiful; i want to spend all my time there. We had one small delay with product, but the problem was solved right away. I would use them again for sure and recommend them to anyone.
