Chris returned my call right away and set up an appointment with my tenant to fix the washing machine. He came when he said he would and fixed the problem immediately. (A penny was caught in the drain pipe.) The charge was reasonable and he let me call the office with my visa, which was far more convenient than asking my tenant to pay right there. I appreciated that. I would highly recommend them.

Peter was great. Just over the phone he had a good idea as to what the problem might be. In this case, a possible water valve. When he came in after a few days, it was great to hear it wasn't the valve but just a loose water line connection. While Peter was here, he also serviced the fridge as well. I would definitely recommend Pambis Appliance to others.

Pete responded promptly to our call, came even more quickly than promised (having checked to make sure this was convenient), made a professional but speedy diagnosis, explained what he was doing and what was needed, had the parts in his truck, made the repair, and did additional tests to ensure all was well. All the while he was professional, courteous, friendly, and concerned to protect the dryer and the wall. The service was first-class, and he did his best to keep the costs down. what can I say but Pete has been amazing!! First my dishwasher was not working and I was going to buy a new one but Pete cleaned it all and it works great thus saving me money. The dryer is a story but Pete has been so great in his response time as he knows I have a little baby at home. he has continued to find a solution to fix it. I would recommend Pambis!!! Thanks!!

I recently purchased a condo and was unpleasantly surprised to discover my washing machine wasn’t working! I wasn’t really sure what to do but had used the Home Star service before and used them again to find appliance repairman. As luck would have it I found Pambis Appliance. From first contact to the conclusion of my service call Chris and Peter provided reliable, knowledgeable and friendly service. Chris was the first person I spoke to and identified what he thought the problem could be by asking me a few questions (he was right) As a new homeowner I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and was thrilled when they were able to fit me into their schedule despite how busy they were. When Peter came out to do the service call he was not only on time but early. He was also able to fix the problem easily. I also appreciated him taking the time to explain what had been wrong with the washer and how to avoid having the same problem again. Both Chris and Peter also explained the cost of their service prior to doing any work so there were no costly surprises. Best of all I’ve been using my washer frequently and have had no problems!! This family owned business deserves its stellar reputation. It was a pleasure dealing with both Chris and Peter and it’s made my life a lot easier!!!
