Invision replaced the flooring in my whole condo and did a beautiful job. Then tragedy struck when a flood ruined my year-old flooring. The product was no longer available but Invision found a suitable replacement and replaced about 75% of the floor. They did an excellent job, very fast, very clean and the new floor looks fantastic.

Excellent product offering and friendly service. We stepped in with 0 knowledge on hardwood, vinyl and cork flooring. Dov has extensive knowledge having worked in the trade. He took the time to present all the product lines, the differences between them, along with recommendations based on actual jobs he and his team did in the past that are similar to our reno job. He was courteous and most importantly extremely patient with us in answering all of our questions and accepting the inherent delays and reschedulings during a process that stretched over 2 months. The high quality of the service and personal touch was the main reason for which we decided to give Invision our business. I strongly recommend.

I decided to visit the showroom of this company based on the Home Stars reviews. I am happy to report that my experience was in keeping with the very positive commentary of the previous consumers. I was offered expert commentary by Dov on the various products and was given an excellent price on the hardwood product that I selected. My contractor prepared the sub-floor and Roy and his team did the installation. The finished product is indeed beautiful and the entire experience was very smooth and positive. Dov and Roy were both fast to respond to questions and provided excellent support throughout. Thanks to Invision for my beautiful floors and thanks to Homestars for once again being a reliable source of service providers!

Dov provided excellent pricing and service for us, especially when we were looking for floors last minute and were in a rush to get it shipped within 2 days.

Doc went above and beyond with his service and made sure the warehouse was able to provide to us our doors on time. He also provided great advice on maintenance and design of flooring.

Super experience. Beautiful work done and a pleasure to work with Dov and Roy. Other companies had told us that what we wanted could not be done, but Dov and Roy assured us it would not be a problem. They were very attentive to our concerns and finished ahead of schedule.

We are very happy with our flooring and trim work by Invision. The team was fast, efficient and professional. Roy went above and beyond to help us meet our timeline including driving to the Superior warehouse himself to pick up the flooring. Invision Hardwood was highly recommended by a friend. We had had other quotes but companies were unwilling to raise the nosing on the banister to match the height of the hardwood. Dov and Roy insisted that they could do it easily, and they did! They quoted that the job would be done in 4 days but they finished in 3. The installers cleaned up after themselves and helped us move furniture back in place. We are very very pleased with the result.
